Saw the owners kicking out a young kid who was bothering no one and simply wanting a safe place to stay to be quietly on his phone. He was autistic and said the cameras made him more comfortable and safe there. they called the police on him, treating him like a criminal. I heard him say he does his laundry there when he can and that he doesn't want to be hanging out at the local park with all the drugs on the street and that the kids his age are just wanting to party and that he just wanted to be left alone and allowed to use his phone someplace safe and dry. The two brothers who own this laundry should be ashamed. When a little old lady stood up to defend the young man for minding his own business and not bothering anyone one of the owners told her she was banned from using the laundry forever and was not welcome to return or she would be arrested for trespassing. Shame on you QED laundromat. Learn some decency and stop pretending to care about our community. Treating folks like that just isn't right. Especially an obviously disabled minor and an elderly woman who had no relation to him. I don't think it was a good use of our taxpayers money calling the police on someone like that. And if they act like that to a disabled youth and an elderly woman then they are doing much more harm at other times. Also, many of the dryers don't work right. Half of them won't dry properly and when it's brought to the attention of the owners they never seems to do anything to correct it. Letting LoveOne use the facility to do free laundry twice a month (as a tax write-off) doesn't make up for the rest of the horrible wrongs they commit and the way they talk to others. The phone number they have on the internet for QED laundromat states it is a Therapy office & no one answers the phone. Can't find any other number for them. Every business should have a phone number!! Life is irritating enough!

Normally I always give this place 5 stars but I came in this morning, and usually it's very clean, but today it was absolutely disgusting. Garbage every where all over the floor. I hope this review finds the owner so they know.

I was entangled with Love One, their volunteers especially the two young gentlemen were polite, communicative, supportive and excellent assistance for those needing help. Very clean, washers and dryers are huge so your regular 1 loader at home is double capacity here. All equipment was in working order, had no trouble figuring it out for my first visit. I'll be back. Thank you

This is a very well kept 24hr laundry. The washer and dryers are clean and work very good. The prices are great! The guy who works here is very friendly, he does a wonderful job at keeping the place together!

I wish I knew how to login to the wifi. There's no straightforward wifi network even though the password is listed.Sometimes the place is full of people not doing laundry, but that's to be expected these days, I guess.If you're having problems with the dryers, it's either to full, or all are running at the same time.

No bathroom. There aren’t enough dryers so everybody is fighting for a dryer while there are tons of washers. Somebody stopped my load from drying while I was sitting right around the corner.

The only reason for the 1 star is because I too, just like a different reviewer (that I didn't notice until posting this, which is my fault) drove a ways out to this location for 24 hour laundry. It's actually one of the earliest to close in the region: 8pm weekdays. 7pm weekends. I did send in a report to Apple Maps with the updated info and they do tend to fix stuff within less than a month so I'm sure it won't be an issue much longer, but honestly...if I was able to do this, and someone also posted about majorly wrong hours....it would be the same for the business owners to do if they actually cared about reviews and patrons when it comes to logistics. I'm not trying to be mean. Just straight forward and hopefully effective. I don't know anything about the business functions inside so couldn't make it a better review.

Great facility. Always clean. New machines that not only work right but also look good. 24 hour availability, but the doors are locked unless you're a member. No bathrooms, so be advised, but there are a number of establishments neighboring the place, including a 24 hour Jackson's gas station with convenience store...bathroom equipped!Might want to steer clear on the first Tuesday and third Wednesday of each month, however. An organization called Love One provides free laundry service to the needy and homeless, and so from 6 -9 pm on those nights you probably won't find a machine available.Kudo's to QED for allowing that to happen, benefitting so many who really need it! Thank you!!!

Wash machine to dryer ratio is awful.. twice as many wash machines to dryers means that you have to wait while others stuff dries. Kind of a waste of time.

There isn't any information on their website of how to contact for membership information. I haven't seen any employee when I go during the day for this information. Very frustrating.

Have been here three times on different occasions with months between my visits. Every time I have issues with the dryers. This time is no exception. Set dryers for 16mins. Came back with 6 mins left on my phone timer and the dryers were shut off and cloths still wet. Put more money in twice and still wet. Moved to another dryer hoping they will dry. Waist of time and money again!
