I've worked for Precision Castparts for the last 37 years. The pay is decent, especially for anyone who doesn't feel the need to go to college. There's plenty of opportunities to advance to higher paying jobs. Are they saint's? No, but I've seen first hand the upgrades they've made for better water quality and air quality!I've worked a few other places with less pay and worse benefits.

They dump their waste into Johnson Creek leaving heavy metals. They get fined but don't care & continue to dump.
