Caleb with a k, was very quick, efficient and helpful not to mention he helped me find a deal and I only paid $33.99 for an oil filter and 5 quarts of oil for my Toyota Camry. Give this man a raise.

Ann Marie at the Mcloughlin Blvd store in Milwaukie OR went above and beyond for me today. My brake light burnt out and I was sold the incorrect bulbs by Napa. Ann Marie changed out the bulb and was unfailingly upbeat and reassuring to this old lady. I won't be going anywhere else from now on. Nice, organized store with what appeared to be a number of repeat customers. I can see why! Napa has sold me the wrong things more than once and refused to help at all with my car. So long, Napa!
