I came in a few weeks ago after an older suv caught my eye. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted to look at and test drive. I was greeted by Thomas who took me on my test drive and started the paperwork with me. Marcel came in and took over. I knew getting financing on a 20 year old truck would prove a challenge. Marcel did greatAt one point asked if I would be interested in something else, and quickly realized that I really wanted that suv. He got it done!After the time of purchase I decided that I didn't want the warranty or maintenance plan. It took a little time but he got that all canceled for me as well.I highly recommend these guys.The office needs some tlc though, it is not a comfortable or inviting place to have to sit around for a while.

We went in for a car and they were so patient and kind. My kids were a bit hectic and they gave them coloring books to distract then and weren't rude about them whatsoever. I had came across the car on carfax and the reviews I saw on there led us to check this place out first for the vehicle we were interested in. Marcel was very helpful. I'd definitely go back and recommend this place.

I went in to look at a 2017 Audi A4 with intensions of only looking,I was greeted by Marcel, and after taking a copy of my license and insurance Info, he handed me the keys to test drive ..I was surprised at how clean the vehicle was and how I instantly fell in love with it.Marcel made the buying process stress-free and enjoyable..It was a fairly quick process.Marcel has a super chill personality which made me feel very comfortableNot to mention I got a great deal on my trade in.If you're looking for a good car, with a stress free environment then NW truck and SUV is the place to go and Marcel is the guy you want to ask to speak to.Thanx again Marcel, you made this buying process probably the best experience of purchasing a car that I've ever experienced!

We called ahead to see about a Honda Odyssey and when we arrived, Marcel had maneuvered it for easy access. Very helpful but not pushy. It was a delightful car-shopping experience. They have some great cars on their lot…you should go check them out!!

Marcel was great to work with. No pressure like you get with many salespeople. They allowed me to test drive as many Vans as I wanted and even allowed me to take the one I was interested in to my own mechanic for an inspection for the day. The Van was in great shape and I made an offer and we came to an agreed price. The paperwork was fast and organized. The only recommendation I have is to freshen up the office. It’s kind of rundown and smells. It doesn’t feel like a professional environment. But I would recommend anyone interested in a Van or Truck to buy from them!
