I went here quite a while ago but I'm just now leaving a review because I've had a leak in my car for some time now due to to them NOT replacing (reattaching) my water shield/plastic lining after they fixed my rear passenger window. It has caused a major leak in my vehicle which I now have to pay hundreds of dollars to remedy. I don't understand how they could miss such a thing -- it's utterly ridiculous. The entire water shield/plastic lining was completely gone from my car door. I am very upset over this. How difficult is it to reattach a piece of plastic lining? How could they miss something so important? I will never return to this shop after such horrible service. Shame on your shop for overlooking this matter!!!!

I had a windshield chip repaired right in my apartment parking lot. I called, scheduled the same day. The job was completed in 15 minutes. Great Job!

Great customer service. They got us in very quickly, while the other guys our insurance suggested had a 3 week wait. Who can drive around safely with a bullet hole in their windshield for 3 weeks. I appreciate them working with us to get our work truck back on the road.

Excellent work. I have a Mercedes convertible drivers door glass vandalized. In, installed, and out in less than a week, even though the first glad installed broke. Price was very good.

Worst shop in town!! If you can get to call you back!! Then Ms glass will refuse to take responsibility for horrid personal. Prepare to have the worst experience in your life!! Call anther shop!!!

I've had 2 windshields and one wing window replaced here and all 3 times I searched around town for the best prices and ms glass had the lowest each time. They do humbly admit that it depends on the car model as to whether their pricing is comparable but so far my Chevy cavalier, Toyota 4runner & Mazda 3 have all had the best pricing with ms glass. Thanks to all the employees at the McLoughlin location for making my life easier!

The dealership wanted almost twice the price for a new windshield for my Silverado, these guys did it for $199 the dealership wanted about 400 for one, I’m going to send my roommate to them to get her windshield replaced on her Tacoma ?
