Amazing experience from beginning to end.The patience in store as we changed our minds for weeks on end.The professional install crew who were so apologetic when the product was defective (some installers would have installed it anyway).I can't recommend them enough and will not hesitate to use them again!

We shopped around for months before deciding on the hardwood flooring for our house. Milwaukie Floors worked closely with us, answering all of our questions but they were never pushy. The install went exactly as planned, no hidden costs, and a great looking end product! Bill and his team know their stuff and we plan to use them again in the future!

We just had all the flooring in our home completely ripped out and new put in. From the moment we walked in the showroom to the last tack in the carpet, the experience has been exceptional. The guys that completed the work were professional and took pride in their excellent work. Bill personally checked in (in person) daily to inspect the progress and quality. Next week they are installing new counters in my kitchen! I am so glad we found them!

Bill and his team have installed carpet, LVT flooring and backsplash throughout our house. They have done a fantastic job, are responsive to our requests and questions and we couldn't be happier with the results. Kari was instrumental in helping us select flooring and decide colors and styles. Her help was invaluable and we couldn't have done it without her. Many thanks to everyone involved. We just purchased our new kitchen floor here. I was tired of the same old selection at Home Depot and Lowe's. Had a much better selection, and good prices here. They were helpful, generous with us taking many samples home and keep for several days, etc. We came back again to purchase our new family room floor. Good, helpful service. I like giving my business to small, local businesses.

Great family owned flooring store! Beautiful and clean showroom. Donna and Bill are great people to work with. Having both residential and commercial under one roof it's a great resource for whatever you're working on. I'll definitely be back.
