First of all, I wanna say wow! I've been to a million dealers but man I think I found a good one! Honestly I do all the repairs and work myself on my truck due to how much I travel and just don't really trust dealers due to experiences and also how far there from my home. I had just got back into town and remembered I still had a free oil change from the first service. At first it I was a little upset because they forgot to put the def in the truck but as soon as I was going to call, I picked up the phone and the dealer was calling to inform me they forgot the def! I have never seen a dealer call back and be honest and apologetic about a mess up! So that right there told me these were honest people! Go get my def and head out to work! I had to change my oil today but I'm in the middle of the country right now so I picked up a ac delco filter and some rotella oil. Normally I brace for the worst because dealers over tighten the drain bolt and filter but for the first time ever I was able to remove the drain plug easily with my socket and the filter by hand! I love that they actually did it right so it wasn't a pain to do this oil change! Honestly check these guys out! Great dealer and great people!

Wonderful service! Felt very comfortable almost immediately, which is an abnormal feeling for me at a dealership. I normally feel super judged/targeted/disrespected. Everyone we encountered was extremely kind and helpful!

Fast and efficient. They worked with me to help fit my budget and finance options. The team there was great and didn’t make me feel pressured.Sales guy Adam was great and Sales Manager Freddy went above and beyond for a wrap around dealership service.Highly recommend!

Bought a Traverse a few years ago that we bring in for regular maintenance and it’s always a good experience. Micah always finds the perfect car for my needs and makes the whole car buying process a breeze. I highly recommend this dealership to all my family and friends!

I purchased my 2018 1500 5.3 Z71 Silverado new in 2019 which came with 3 "free" oil changes. When I went in for my 3rd and last oil change they told me I already used my 2 free up, I said no, I get 3. The service manager put notes in my file that new and certified vehicles only get two but that is the new policy. I told the writer that I couldn't pull up the proof on my phone but she had all the info in front of her like the photo shows, I'm due 3. She basically lied to me.Unbelievable

I’ve had my car serviced here multiple time and always had a great experience. They are really awesome at diagnosing car issues. My car was previously having some mechanical issues and I took my car to several places that kept telling me they couldn’t find the problem. The service team at McLoughlin found the problem and fixed the issue quickly. I also really appreciate how well the service team communicated when my car was being serviced. Highly recommended!

We had gone to several dealerships and when I went into the McLoughlin Chevrolet Parker showed us several vehicles that we were interested in, looked up different things we were looking for to be in the vehicle were looking for. When we were about to purchase one of them he looked at us and said “I’m not comfortable selling this to you. I’m afraid in the end you may not be happy with everything that you’re looking for. He went to the back of the shop and pulled around with a different vehicle that had Everything We Needed! We are SO HAPPY to have got the service we received at McLoughlinShawna and John Carter

John in service was great. He worked with both myself and the 3rd party warranty provider to get things done right and covered appropriately. Great experience! Our Suburban drives like a dream!

The story I'm going to share with you today is a rather appalling experience I went through at McLaughlin Chevrolet. It's the most unacceptable and disgraceful moments I've ever been a part of in my entire life. I would hope that whoever condones business with this company (buying or selling a vehicle) will read this and make a moral decision about "doing business" with this dealership. On Thursday September 7th I received a call from Richard with McLaughlin Chevrolet while I was in Hawaii. He said he's interested in purchasing my 2018 Mercedes G63 G Wagon. I had it listed on Craigslist for 112k and after describing the condition of the car, options, etc., he said their offer would be at 100k. I told him the least I would take is 105k which they declined to accept. I said I would think about the 100k and get back to him the following week when I got back to Portland. On Monday September 11th (a bad day in history) I called Richard again and said I would accept 100k for the vehicle. He said to bring it in to the dealership and as long as the vehicle is clean, he'd have a check ready for me. I arrived at the dealership at 3pm and was greeted in a friendly manner from Richard and some of the staff. I sat down in the waiting area and was offered water and donuts. I made small talk with Richard as I waited for them to test drive and inspect the vehicle. At 430pm, after an hour and a half of patiently waiting I asked one of the guys in sales what the status with my vehicle was. At this point Richard was with another customer selling a car. About 15 minutes later at 445pm, the sales manager came up to me and said that my car was next in line to be looked at by their service department. I started looking at yelp and google reviews on this establishment at around this time.At 5PM, after 2 hours of patiently waiting the service manager comes up to me to discuss the vehicle. He said due to some scratches on the driver's door and the tires having low tread he could offer 96k. I tried getting closer to 98k but reluctantly agreed to 96k as I wanted to get the hell out of there. The sales manager said he would have a check ready in the morning as some of their staff was leaving but I adamantly told him I needed that check now as I live 40 minutes away. He said he would do the best that he could to get me paid today. At 515 he walked me into one of the offices and introduced me to a gentleman named Mike to sign some paperwork. I ordered a Uber at this point which was 14 minutes away. I didn't expect to be waiting much longer for the check.... I was wrong.....At 530pm, the Uber arrives while I'm signing forms. I have one of the quickest signatures you'd ever witness. It's literally a chicken scratch that takes me about 1/100th of a second to do. I chicken scratched over 100 signatures and initials uninterruptedly to countless forms of paperwork. As I waited for the check I went outside and told the uber driver to cancel the ride on the app and I offered $50 cash to take me home. I had the cash at my house and not with me.The uber patiently waited for me as I waited for Chevrolet to give me my check. As you can imagine I was agitated and wired up. Mike was saying, "It's not like the good old days anymore when things were simple." I checked on the Uber driver every 5 minutes and after 15 minutes of him waiting I told him I'd Venmo him $30 and that he should leave. He wanted to wait and said $50 sounded better...After 45 minutes of the uber waiting I was told that my check was ready in another office. I was furious by this point and while I was walking over there one of the sales manager with Tourette syndrome was shaking and yelling "THE DEAL IS OFF," "DON'T WRITE THAT CHECK I JUST TALKED TO THE OWNER HE WON'T PAY MORE THAN 80K!" As you can imagine I went insane. I ended up leaving the dealership and giving the Uber driver $50 for his time. This was by far the worst experience I've ever gone through. I own a business and have been r

All work and charges were communicated clearly to me in advance. I chose to wait for service to be completed and the waiting area was comfortable. The estimated wait time was accurate and the completion of service was communicated immediately. After service communication was conducted and I was made aware of potential future service. I was quickly back on the road without any unnecessary drama.

McLaughlin Chevrolet was the third place that we took our Suburban to trying to get it diagnosed. We found out that it needed a new transmission. Kayla tried her best to get our extended warranty to pay for it and then when they did not she tried to get the manufacturer to help. At the end of the day no one was willing to help but Kayla went to bat for us and we appreciate it. She called and made sure we were in the loop during the two weeks that they had our vehicle. The price was also fair.

I do not recommend at all. I purchased my car from here a few months back. I came in with a loan planned out and everything and since it was my first car buying experience I assume the salesman saw a sucker.. because they duped me. He talked me into taking a loan with a higher APR from one of their options under the pretense that loan APRs were going to fall soon and I'd be able to refinance immediately with the option I brought to the table... and that just ain't the case. I definitely left feeling like a fool and tricked.I also purchased the drive train warranty and everything for my new car and my car is making some weird sounds. So I've been messaging them for 2 weeks now attempting to schedule a service appointment and they still haven't called to schedule anything even though they have told me multiple times they'd have their mechanic call me. Idk if they're avoiding me at this point or someone is just not doing their job ?♂️*note*I had a manager named Chris reach out to me today(same day as post) and ask me to elaborate on my concerns. He was apologetic of my experience and now I should expect a call tomorrow to service my vehicle ?

Woohoo! I purchased my dream car! And I found it at my local Chevrolet dealership. The customer service from my initial contact was top notch.I negotiated the deal while I was on the river with my kids. The first time seeing the truck was filled with answered questions and attentive service. Once I decided to try purchasing the truck, my sales person walked me through the process with patients and a clear understanding that it would be difficult to complete. In my case, I had a huge amount of negative equity to roll into my next vehicle. He introduced me to the finance manager and was told that they would do their best to get me approved and at the best rate possible.I received a phone call later that day saying the deal was done and I was time to pick up my new car. I pulled up with my boat still attached to my trade. I signed a few documents and Parker followed me home in my new car!Thank you to the whole team! I really appreciate all of the hard work and flexibility. This has been the only car purchase that two days later, I still have a smile!

We just bought a new car here this weekend. Elliott Dawson was our sales man and he was very attentive. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to steer us to anything we didn't need or could not afford.Buying a vehicle is not something I typically enjoy doing but the Team at McLaughlin Chevy made it a lot better than most. Thanks guys!!
