The owner Tony Musseid is unreliable. He’ll flake on you and waste your time. Mafe’s Mall also constantly spams the “For Sale By Owner” furniture section on Craigslist. You’re clearly a business, not someone selling stuff out of their garage. Like, come on, just pay the fee. Bad business etiquette all around.

Mafe's Mall is one terrific store. Looking for furniture after I moved, I found interlocking teak shelving / bookcases there, which would be perfect for the space I had in mind. I was reluctant to ask staff member Christine and owner Tony to move the items it displayed, because there were many. They were eager to oblige, to enable me to see all the wood on the two pieces, and verify their condition. It was excellent! That sealed the deal. When Tony delivered it, he noticed two matching chairs that were pushed to the side, since they didn't look quite right in my new home. He offered to consign them for me, and took them back to the store on the spot. Within days, he got the price he told me he could get. I've subsequently consigned a few more things and have confidence they will sell too. When I met Mafé and learned about her part in the business, I immediately hired her to do some upholstery work. It is still in progress, but having seen in the store the beautiful, well made work she does, I have complete confidence that it will be exactly right and just as ordered. When folks have stopped by to see my new place, and they see what I found at Mafé Mall, they always ask for contact info. Christine, Tony and Mafé are all a pleasure to work with, so just as I have recommended them to friends and family, I highly recommend Mafé Mall to you as well, with no reservations at all.

Mafe's Mall is a hidden gem with a mind blowing selection of mid century household items, furniture, art work and more. The prices are much more affordable than stores just down the street in Portland. New items seem to arrive daily, I highly recommend checking it out.

Our first time there we purchased some amazing bar stools and a coffee table! My husband and I were so impressed with the furniture quality and the prices! The customer service was also excellent, we already can't wait to go back! :)

We went here just to look around after grabbing lunch across the street. My husband was excited to point out the Lane tables. We have the coffee table from my great grandmother. Tony came over and was clearly very knowledgeable. He showed us that the serial number on the bottom is also the date it was made. Super fun fact I hadn't known. He could tell I wanted the side table and offered it at an amazing price. It wouldn't fit in my husband's car, so he delivered it.After it was in the house I looked at the date of it, and it was made on my son's birthday, exactly 60 years before he was born. I feel like that is a sign it was meant to be.All that to say, amazing customer service and really cool store.

Really nice vintage store with tons of stuff. Worth checking out if you're in the area.

Be careful, the owner Tony is a lunatic. He sends me multiple messages calling me a flake and a no-show after looking at a piece of furniture one time. I called him on it and then he called me "Ms attitude" instead of apologizing, then told me I needed to follow up. This guy is a real piece of work, obviously desperate for a sale.

Love love love the inventory at this shop! One of my faves. We have purchased one of their custom MCM velvet sofas and a vintage Adrian Pearsall coffee table (both pictured in photo below). The owners are very customer-focused and very friendly! Can’t recommend them enough.

Shop small - shop Mafe's Mall! That sums it up, but here's the full story if you have a few minutes to spare:I stumbled into Mafe's Mall while on the hunt for some mid-century furniture. Google sent me to the shop next door (also a fine establishment), but Mafe's Mall is where I found the magic.Tony surprised me from behind the counter, camouflaged in an array of goods. We chatted and he invited me to look around. I immediately spotted six beautiful upholstered dining chairs - authentic solid walnut Bussmans in pale jade green. They were priced for the set, but I said I only needed four. He said, "Let me call the seller and see if she's interested." And, he did. Right then and there.I browsed a bit, and then he came back with news: "She said, 'What will I do with two chairs?' I replied, 'What will you do with six?'"I was impressed. Tony can make a bird in the hand sing its heart out - but that's not his only trick. While I mathed and measured, he helped another customer polish a piece she was thinking of purchasing, and educated us both on his preferred brand - Feed N' Wax furniture polish. Then, as if that weren't enough, he showed me how mineral spirits worked to diminish a small stain on one of the chairs I sought to purchase. But, it doesn't stop there. When I asked for delivery costs, Tony asked where I lived. He said, "Oh! That's no problem. I'll bring 'em after I close up shop. No charge."WHAT. Having moved from Seattle, I couldn't decide if I was more stunned by the courtesy or the customer service. But folks, that is not the end. Little did Tony know, but I'd been trying to hang a TV on a wall mount the entire day. I had the mount installed, and the brackets were on the TV, but I needed a second set of eyes to get it to attach. When Tony came with the chairs (at the exact time he said he would), I said: "I know this is out of scope, but I'm wondering if I could ask a small favor." He nodded, and I said, "I've been trying to mount this TV all day, and if you could just ..."He didn't even give me a chance to finish. He said, "Let's do this!" and started looking around for the TV!I grabbed it, and with him guiding the way we had it up in three seconds. Click, click, done. And, I had to force him to take a tip!Needless to say, it's about far more than furniture with Tony. And, my two cents: this is the kind of business that makes community's stronger. So, please stop in at Mafe's Mall to visit Tony, even if you don't need any furniture. I guarantee he'll be happy to see you.

Always so professional and fair. I've done a fair amount of buisness with Tony and he is the best. Great store and great people.

Purchased a beautiful MCM Kevi Chair designed by Jorgen Rasmussen. It is very apparent the shop is curated well, majority is MCM and a lot of their pieces are extremely hard to find in circulation. Furniture is priced well to sell. The owner Tony, is reminiscent of a New York Canal Street Vendor, he’s very personable and does not take any BS. Great place, great people, would recommend stopping by if you want looking for anything MCM - shop does not lack in personality.

They took our worn-out ottoman and made it look better than new! They let us search their warehouse for some in stock fabric to save us money. We could not be happier with the job they did! Instead of buying new furniture, have it recovered!

I'm so glad we found this place. Tony and Maria have rented to us, sold to us and reupholstered a set of chairs for us. Excellent communication and responsiveness in every interaction. I've never had a better experience with a vintage furni store
