Do not shop at Lowe's. they teach their managers to be rude. used cars sale people are less scum bags then the managers at Lowe's. this company needs to go out of business. shop locally you will get the best customer service with them.

I purchased a dishwasher and paid for installation. Third party installer showed up May 30 - refused to install because the "water and drain lines from the dishwasher run under the floor." Tech offered to leave the dishwasher and instructed me to call lowes for refund of the installation cost. Called Lowes immediately - Lowes employee stated they were unable to process my refund until the job had been "processed" and the "truck returned to the store." I called Lowes again on May 31 - employees did not know how to process a refund and when I was transferred to the central Lowes office that employee was unable to process a refund because the third party installer "had already been paid." Instructed me to wait 5-7 days while Lowes authorized a cash refund and I would need to pick up the refund at Clackamas lowes. Arrived at Clackamas lowes 6/10/23 0830 with a case number as instructed - NO REFUND. Per the Lowes customer service staff - a Lowes employee had "already processed the refund" 6/9/23 but "didn't have my card number" to return my money. Lowes customer services refused to provide a refund while I was standing in the store because their system had a 'technical error.' 11 days now and still no refund. Is this a scam???? Would not recommend anyone use Lowes installation services. Dishwasher itself is meh. not any better than my old one. cleans fine. just as loud. not worth $700+ in my opinion.

So here's the deal, this is a terrible place to shop. It has been for years. What has put the cherry on top of the horrible experience has been my last four trips, this spring (2023), to this store for garden items. Let's get this straight: this company doesn't care about their employees, their customers, or Veterans. One checker on KNOWN busy garden days (ie it's spring, weather is warming, people are in their gardens!!!!). I have NEVER, not on a weekend or weekday, seen this area properly staffed. Not ONCE. I have been in line where the person at the register needs a manager, calls a manager, and they don't come (they don't have enough managers for the volume of business they do!). Like, they have to be repeatedly called back!!! C'mon! You've understaffed, rely almost exclusively on customers doing all heavy-lifting cause your employees cannot keep up, and you don't even have sufficient managers?! You know it's gonna be busy: you're parking lot is overloaded with soil and mulch- you KNOW it's gonna be busy, yet you don't provide funds to properly staff!!!! Lowes disrespects their customers daily. You put us and you're employees through hell when your focus should be on ensuring people get what they need in a reasonable timeframe. How is that not obvious!? This is corporate greed and poor pay. Customers are pissed and leave the line, and their stuff, and go to Home Depot. What really irks me is that it's not the employee's fault! It is as-mentioned: pay better wages, give benefits to your employees, and you'll retain them. Hire more. Staff more. This isn't rocket science. When this waiting stuff happens and people leave, you've got a ton of ANGRY customers (do you not WANT out money!?!? What the hell is your purpose, Lowes!?) taking their anger out on these poor employees like they have any control! Giving a veteran a VEST in hopes of showing a good face to the public doesn't make you benevolent: you're exploiting Veterans. Period. Underpaid and overworked. In situations where people are yelling at them?! You don't respect or care for Veterans. And as a customer who IS a veteran, forcing me to "subscribe" to get a veteran discount is just wrong! I don't want mailers and my personal information sold and resold so I get a little discount. You honor me? Give me the discount. You don't? Make me give up my privacy so you can make $$ off selling my personal information. The latter is what you're doing. You're USING veteran employees and customers. Lowes does NOT care about us at all.

Lowe's Lifetime "NO Hassle" tool warranty. Yesterday I went to Lowe's to replace a Phillips Head screw driver. These are the people involved. * Cashier * Tool Associate * Associate Manager * Store Manager - Final word..."We'll do it this one time" You Decide .....Is this NO Hassle ????

Tried calling for 2 days finally 3rd day got hold of someone .I was looking to buy a metal shed he instantly said needed to go to website or come into store that pissed me off .first if I wanted to do website I would 2nd I'm disabled so going in wasn't option .so instead of talking to me about shed not only will I buy it now nor will I have them put together and deliver to me what a worthless cooperation .

My dryer was on the fritz, so I began my hunt for a new one at Lowe's. Lo and behold, they had one with a small dent marked down to $400 so I bought it! After loading it up and getting it wired and plugged into my house, it turns out the heating element was bad. Cold air and nothing more, so I returned it. Problem is, I assumed this one would work and got rid of my old one and now don't have a dryer because of this. I asked to speak to a manager and they wouldn't even talk to me. I would have bought another if they met me in the middle out of consideration for my major inconvenience, but they could care less about me. I've spent $1000's of dollars at Lowe's over the years, and they will never get another penny of my hard earned money ever again. Plus I'm gonna smear their name in the mud every chance I get for the rest of my life. Great job whoever was the Lowe's manager working on 12/10/22 at 10:30am! You should really try to find another line of work because customer service really isn't your thing!

I ordered a new washer and dryer online during their Black Friday sale with a delivery date of December 2nd, this was somehow moved to the 11th which I was ok with, the not so helpful delivery guy called me on the 11th and advised me that they couldn't deliver it that day because someone had called out, he asked about the 13th, I said as long as it's after 430 because I won't be home from work until then, he stated that would work no problem. Today I get a call from yet another Mensa member that works at this Lowe's in appliance delivery and he says between 1 and 4, I tell him what his co worker told me and he says "that's not my problem, I can only do from 1-4" I told him that I work almost an hour from home and I wouldn't be there until 430, he just said " well that doesn't work for me" I told him to cancel my order, I have always been a loyal Lowe's customer but today I called and cancelled my Lowe's card and filed a corporate complaint about this store, I will never spend another dime in a Lowe's. Also the manager Ty called me and said he got an email (this was my complaint) and just wanted to let me know my order was cancelled and he had nothing else to say about how this went down. I will be taking my ass to Home Depot from now on. F*^* You Lowe's

Wished I'd read these reviews before making the HUGE mistake of buying appliances from Lowe's. Don't know how they're still in business. Bought and paid for refrigerator, range, and microwave. Dishwasher would have to wait because they have no idea when it will be available. Week or two later we get a call that the refrigerator will be delivered. Day comes and goes; nothing. Call umpteen times before someone answers and are told it never got on the truck but no one bothers to tell us. Days later we get the refrigerator. Get a call microwave will be delivered. Guys showed up but said they can't install it with some lame excuse. Ended up paying someone else to do it and got our install money back from Lowe's. Get a call that the range will be delivered but no one shows up. Look at our status online and it says order cancelled! Call Lowe's umpteen times again before anyone answers and they tell us they don't have the range and it will never be available so they cancelled our order! How did it go from being scheduled for delivery and now doesn't exist? And again, we sit here waiting and no one calls to let us know what is going on. Worst customer service EVER!

Worst customer service I have ever had. The pro desk is a waste of time. We had some trek decking delivered in June. After getting the deck foundation ready we discovered that they had sent us the wrong product (non grooved vs grooved). We were told that they had no delivery drivers at that time so it would be at least 2 weeks before we could get it changed out. Keep in mind that we had already moved part of the decking down our hill so we had to get it back up the hill which required us getting some help. My husband is doing the work himself. We get a random call telling us they are coming early to change it out (same day of the random call). Unfortunately we weren't ready. So we were suppose to get a call in a couple of days to see if we were ready. No call. Original promised delivery day comes and goes. We go in to talk to the salesperson and are told the driver is on vacation and now has covid. Promised delivery and exchange would be today. Call today and talk to delivery desk to find out we are not on the schedule and don't seem to be for the rest of the week. They don't even see our order. zThis is the order we have already paid for!! Of course the person we are dealing with is not in today. Our calls are never returned and no one but original salesperson is able to help us. To say we are frustrated is an understatement. Stay away from Lowe's...at least the Pro Desk. There is nothing pro about it.

What a employee put me thru was unbelievable it started at a u scan she asked if I needed help I told her no thank you I have it handled she started grabbing my things and scanning them I told her I had it handled I didn't need any help she then says I don't know what your problem is I am helping you I said well I told you I don't need your help she then backs two feet behind me when my other half shows up from the restroom he could see I was frustrated with her finished my purchase which was well over 500 bucks she then starts video recording us walking out and all the way out into the parking lot I don't know what her issue was but made me super uncomfortable and we have shopped there plenty of times fixing up our home never no issues

Extremely frustrating. Ordered a chipper, Then, eight days later, on the day of delivery, notified that payment declined because Lowes credit limit was missed by $40. Immediately raised limit to cover the amount but it was too late. Order cancelled. Lowes refused to simply rerun the payment and continue with delivery. Have to start from scratch, wait over a week for a piece of equipment which was needed and expected to arrive today. Be warned that they will not notify you at the time of the order if there is a problem, but will let you wait over a week and then cancel the order on the day of delivery. The only reason we used Lowes credit was because they offered a discount. If we hadn't we would have our chipper that we need and expected today. Awful customer service policy.

Bought a new Whirlpool French door refrigerator in September of 2019. Also bought the extended service contract (5 yrs). Now in July of 2022 we have developed a problem with the freezer and need a service tech to come out. When I finally made it through the phone tree to a human, it turned out to be someone with a very limited command of English. They set up a repair order that is over a month away. NOT satisfactory service! I called the repair company to see if they could do something about the long service delay and managed another phone tree. I was eventually informed by the robot that my call was very important to them and they would respond in only 59 minutes. Would I please hold? This type of service is horrible and a black mark on Lowe's credibility. My advice: purchase your appliances somewhere other than the big box stores, and skip the extended warranty unless they can guarantee you swift and responsive service. Lowe's has lost me as a customer.

I love this location! I probably love it for the wrong reasons! It is usually very quiet and a quick get in and out type of place. Home depot on Johnson creek is always crazy busy and the parking lot is a nightmare. Lowes usually has what I need. The self check out is pretty easy and straight forward. I usually avoid self checkout at all costs! I come to this location to avoid people!
