Their life-like simulations of human beings will have you wondering why you haven’t attempted to put a bullet in your skull sooner. Guaranteed to take at least five years off of your life.If you’re unable to make it into the branch, you can replicate the experience at home by screaming into an empty room.

Breanna did a great job helping me today. I was extremely disappointed to see the blonde Bank teller wearing her mask barely above her mouth with her nose exposed, the bald guy with the glasses fixing the copier had no mask in sight, and the man sitting in the second booth from the door was also sitting there with his nose exposed. I have high-risk people around me and I need to be able to go to the bank safely so I am very disappointed. We are in a pandemic. There are so many deaths and yet people are still being lazy about Following the guidelines! There are people literally dying! Wear are your mask!!! Let's beat this together!

Deposited two check from the same account at the same time into the same checking account. Both were made available at the same time. A day later key bank put a hold on the funds and couldn't say why. Yesterday they promised it would by removed by 5:00pm. Today the account says the funds have been removed titling it a "charge back". They have effectively stolen the money out of the account all together.

Additionally, they have refused to recognize a lawful power of attorney for my father that's been in place for 6 months. No other bank or entity has refused, and it's been reviewed by 5 attorneys independent of agencies that have accepted it. Key bank won't acknowledge it thereby actively breaking the law. Don't do business here unless you want to support a company of theives and cooks that enjoy abusing the elderly and disabled.

Only 2 people working in the whole bank. I wanted to open an account but they dont have anyone to do that. Customer service is everything, what is wrong with this picture! Im leaving without an account and very disappointed in Key Bank!!!

This is my neighborhood bank and the people are professional, responsive, and friendly. Even with the natural turnover for the industry, they always have good people taking good care of customers. I would highly recommend this Milwaukie branch and KeyBank in general.

Smart, friendly and helpful staff. I switched to them a while ago from Wells Fargo and it was a great decision.
