The auto mechanics at KVM are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
I tried doing a self-service auto repair that did not go well.
I had to get professional help, and they were extremely helpful with the whole process.

This place is the spot to go. My step dad has a shop in PA and this reminds me of how he runs his business--upfront, honest and lets their work speak for them. I went there this morning thinking I might need a cv axle replaced and the mechanic took my Forester for a test ride and came back telling me it was just the breaks grinding from the rust on the outside. He showed me with a flashlight that there was still 75% of life left in the brake-pads and that it wasn't causing any damage outside of just making noise. Point being: he told me I could let it go and it wouldn't hurt anything as long as I could deal with the sound and I left not only reassured but ALSO without paying a dime. GOOD people and they 100% have my business when I go in to replace the brakes and rotors down the line.

There's been something wrong with the steering making bad sounds. A co-worker gave me the number said to call so I did. They took my car looked at it, drove it so they could give me a answer to why my SUV is making the sounds. It looks like the steering collom needs replaced. It didn't take any time. Thanks for putting my mind at ease. K.V.M

Came in to get my headlight replaced (I brought the bulb) and an oil change. The price was really fair and I don’t feel like they tried to rip me off at all, I don’t even think they charged to replace my bulb. I was there for less than an hour and overall my experience was great. I often feel like I get jerked around by mechanics because it’s not my forte but I did not get that here at all. I will be back.

They were super nice! Let me in super last minute and helped me out as a person who doesn’t know much about cars. They even offered to drive me to a coffee shop because of how long it was going to take. They were able to order the part I needed and have it delivered and fixed within an hour and half. It also ended up being cheaper than I was quoted at first! Least scary maintenance shop I’ve ever been in.
