“I have been a customer of Farmers/Doug Naef for 30+ years, never a claim until July 2024. I had a plumbing issue in an upstairs bathroom that leaked through kitchen ceiling. It was a real mess. As with all insurance companies, the plumbing part was my responsibility, but the construction part (water remediation, drywall, paint, etc) should be covered by homeowners policy. Farmers claims dept. denied our claim. We frantically reached our to Doug at 430pm and by 8am the next morning, Jenna had the claim reopened and to make a long story short, Doug & Jenna got us taken care of. They went to bat for us, they absolutely got this done when it was hopeless. Just great service.”
