I am lowering my review as I was deceived at repeated turns. I noticed I had a favorable initial impression. First, I agreed to a one-month time frame as I had travel plans. Looking back, I had three different bids. Of course, the final was the highest, with the need to feather in color on a door. Little did I know that the clear coat needed drip was not buffed, and overspray covered parts of the driver-side door and handles. This is from the person who installed PPF on my vehicle. My roof sunshade went missing, and the shop said they saw it on the initial inspection; they advised me to buy a new one they would replace. I have yet to see a check. The sign on the building says quality guaranteed, but I've done all the leg work, and I am still waiting for someone to follow through. I'm disappointed to have to adjust my initial review. But that is my experience. I hope your's is better. If I had a choice, I wouldn't go back. I don't wish to offend, but a $70,000 Tesla deserves a better result than I received.

Decided to come here after Toyota recommended them this is my experience.
Went in talked to Bill conversation was good went over everything that needed done cool. Week went by with no update so I called Bill then all sorts of questions and updates. That happened 4 weeks in a row. Went in talked to James asked him to have Bill call me and never did once I always had to call. Till the day it was done called me multiple times and tried telling me how payment is gonna go with my insurance when absolutely no trust was built hard to tell someone how this is gonna go when I had to do the leg work. We get the car back. Front bumper wasn’t properly painted dead center top had a ton of over spray and the busted a brand new headlight. When we brought back to fix the problems James tried claiming that they never painted that section and it’s weird that the whole front bumper was painted. Well they fixed those problems. The experience I had with them was terrible no communication from Bill till payment was needed. James went back on forth on communication but not 100% trust worth. Brittany was great all around. We went back to Toyota and told them and I don’t they will send people there. Hope this helps the next person seeing this. I will try a different shop next time. Really disappointed in this place.

Innovation fixed my 2019 Kia Niro like pros.
We hit a deer and our front bumper had some damage, it turned out that there was significantly more damage on the bottom that we haven’t seen prior but innovation auto were able to fix it relatively quick and get us back on the road. Looking at the car you can’t tell that it has a bunch of replacement parts.
Hoping to not have to go back there ever again, but if we do - that’s where we’ll go fix our auto body.

After calling 20 shops who would not even look at my car I was happy when they gave me an estimate! I was told the price could go up with hidden damages BUT my $4k quote went up to $9,500 when it was only cosmetic damage on one fender. The $9,500 was the high kbb on my car. I took my car to a real shop who wanted to help me, not just collect insurance money, and I was able to get all repairs for $4,600!!! When I took possession back of my car every bolt and part they took apart was all laying on the passenger front floor, this shop never intended to put my car back together or they would have organized the parts and what bolts went where. This shop is a hard no for me! I’m sad I let them even touch my car in the first place. I had to pay them $1,000 to take possession back of my car that they did nothing to except make a mess of all the parts. Huge disappointment and would not recommend at all!!!! Baha Auto Body are angels!! They gave me back my car better than I could imagine, at a fraction of what the quote this shop said! I’ll choose Baha a family owned HONEST company with hard working men who love the cars and people more than making a dollar!

Great! Brought my car in after a fender bender. They fixed it all up in good time (2 weeks instead of the 4-6 they estimated) and were super communicative throughout with both me and with the third-party insurance. They also helped me set up a pick up with Enterprise to go get my rental while they worked on the car.
A few months later, my taillights weren't working. I called to get my car in to see if it was related to the work they did—they squeezed me in two days later.
After popping the hood, they discovered a DEAD RAT! Yuck. They removed it and replaced my taillight bulbs, no charge. I was in and out in a few minutes. Thanks, Nick and team!
