We cracked our stem and my husband threw all the glass away. So we went to House of Pipes in Milwaukie. Caleb was very knowledgeable with my husband who is hard to please. So Caleb explained how the glass was very strong! Sold! Great salesman! We are very satisfied with our purchase! Thanks, again!

The simplest way to describe this place is warm, welcoming, and helpful. All the employees (can't remember their names) have been extremely awesome and whoever the manager is, I gotta say you're doing a good job. Your associates are what make the store great not just your product. Keep finding employees with good vibes and great friendly personalities and you'll get tons of business garunteed. Just make sure you pay them well (but that goes without saying ;])

My favorite vape shop in the whole area. I've visited the OG store and a couple of other locations, this is the best.The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and if they don't know something they figure it out. Love these guys ?

Terrible place. Cheaply made, overpriced glass. Uneducated employees. Knock off products. Any retail establishment that's willing to haggle on pricing is overcharging.

I’ve been going to this location since I moved to the area a year ago Caleb and JR helped me the evening the parking lot was being painted. Always knowledgeable about products and always have a suggestion. Friendly neighborhood vape store :)

The nicest, kindest, people work here!! You don’t find these kind people in other parts of Portland. Dillion is my favorite- he is such a sweetie, deals with my annoying questions and is never rude. Thank you for your help, always!!!

I stopped in earlier this week to get a new vape. Caleb was super helpful and knowledgeable about the Elf bars. Would definitely come back to this location based off the great customer service he provided!
