Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. I needed a grooming brush for my cat and not only did they help me pick out the best brush for my cat, but also walked me through proper brushing techniques. They identified anxiety behaviors and I left with cat CBD treats to try. Instead of trying to talk me into buying the most expensive brush, they recommended the one best for my cat. Highly recommended.

Front desk staff is off-putting and rude about 70% of the time and she’s the owner to my understanding. They’re not accommodating to grooming older dogs, not to mention it’s expensive for just an okay cut. Won’t be bringing my dog back for a $70 grooming service!

WHAT A WONDERFUL PLACE! The staff is great - Rene, DeAnna and Brynne are all kind, knowledgable, smart and helpful. The quality of the food they have cannot be beat and the accessories are all fun and things we need. The grooming here with Brynne is also the BEST!
