Today not a Great Experience. Not interested in ever coming back.When I arrived I just showed up and she told me how lucky I am. Because I didn't check in on line... She assumed I didn't know how to.I absolutely do just prefer not to.
The lady that cut my hair ( this time) kept talking about products and how my hair was was so dryed out. So I bought (Another) product from them since my last visit. Didn't ask if the last product was
working for me ect..I'm disabled so it takes a bit longer to process information. She came around the counter and pushed buttons on the payment process for me without my permission and took the 5$ cash tip out of my hands. Worse haircut ever!!! I am very disappointed and have used this company for years. Done.

Slow ,I'm on the list #1 spot for 45 minutes listening to their and this dudes stories. Jesus please just cut hair. I'm still waiting. Not sure if I want to wait. My entire day is changing right in front of my eyes. Dude behind me just left. Good thing I signed up on the list!....now one lady just left that works here. now thoh well nowtheir back to their high school days. Rehashing the exact same story over and over. I went outside just to take a breather and some lady other lady came walking out from the back and called some other lady up they they bypass me. My entire day ruined thanks a lot Great clips

I called to schedule an appointment for my granddaughter. They asked me to go online to schedule the appointment. They were friendly, gave me simple instructions for their website. It was easy, I was text approximately 15 minutes before to arrive at their facility. After a short wait she was in a chair and less than20 minutes her cut was done. Ramona did a great job. She listened to what my granddaughter wanted done and she gave some options on how to do the cut. She explained throughout the cut exactly what she was doing and how it would look when her hair dried. We were all pleased with the results!

I appreciated how careful my stylist was. She read the notes and clarified what I wanted. My cut is great! I wanted "wash and wear" and that is what I got.

I've been to this location a couple times, but this last time was definitely an enjoyable experience. The gray haired lady there is super warm and welcoming to not only the customers but was very sweet to her co workers as well. This is the kind of service/attitude most places these days unfortunately lack, but not here!

I have been going to this salon for quite a while now, but will not be going back. Checked in through the app and had a 100 minute wait. Hung at around home for over an hour then when the wait got down to 25 minutes I was kicked off the wait list. Went to the salon and was told that after 80 minutes the app kicks you off (I suspect this isn't actually true as I have checked in with a 2 hour wait without any trouble). They added me to the end of the waitlist. While I waited someone else came in and was told that the salon was closing at 3:30 because they have a party to go to.

Great Clips' Tanya does a better job of cutting my hair than anyone else I have used in my life. If she goes on vacation...I delay getting my hair cut until she returns.

Was able to get me in on short notice, however the gal cutting my hair did not listen to my wants. She went ahead and cut my hair how she wanted, in which messed everything up. After leaving here, I made an appointment with my regular person and she was able to fix. I do not recommend here, at least not the little Asian lady. Maybe there are others that do a better job and listen.

I have been going to Tanya for about 2 years? I have a gray longer bob now and people actually compliment me on the street and ask where I get my haircut. It’s also cut where it is so easy for me.

I visited on Veterans day, not knowing that they offered free haircuts to Veterans. The woman who cut my hair did an excellent job. I was getting a haircut for a job interview and I believe the haircut helped me get a good job offer.
