Fantastic! They worked with me and my fearful dog for weeks to get her vaccinated. I was worried I wouldn't find a place she could get regular care until I went here.

I have been taking my lil guy roscoe here for about 7 years now and they are amazing. they take so much time and care with him at every visit. he gets a thorough examination regardless of what he is there for and they are so gentle and kind with him despite him being anxious. they take the time to answer all the questions and understand the experience of an anxious pet parent (me!). the vet techs and front office staff are amazing as well. I have been to a handful of vets and gladstone veterinary clinic surpassed them all!

The veterinarians and vet techs are amazing. I came to Gladstone after my dog had a few scary visits at a different veterinary office, so my dog had developed avoidance behaviors at the vet. They were extremely kind with him and scheduled numerous Happy Visits for us to come and build a positive association with the office and the talented people there. At our most recent visit, he walked into the lobby confidently and immediately sought out the vet tech for cheese rewards, showing off some of his tricks and letting her touch his whole body. I’m so proud of his progress, and I am so grateful to this small business for truly caring about the emotional well-being of their patients in addition to the physical health treatments. I can’t say enough about this place, they have made a huge difference in our experience at the vet.

Dr. ten Brooke, Dr. Winkler (and their vet technicians) are compassionate, no-nonsense DVM’s with unsurpassed knowledge. They even treat baby pigs, changing how I feel about said food source. My adopted rescue pup is high anxiety and was provided with a pheromone sprayed bandanna.He adores them, always leaving happy from all the kind attention and treats. Dr. ten Brooke spent valuable time relocating my pups collar tags. I have arthritic fingers and had spent previous hours trying to remove them from old collar yet she, not knowing that, succeeded in transferring those tags.
They all go above and beyond!
I highly recommend Gladstone Veterinary Clinic!

We have been taking our dog Roxy here for years and we have received the best care. Their team genuinely cares about Roxy’s well being and it is clear. Whenever something big happens they make sure to text us to check in on her. They are happy to help us out whenever they can. 11/10. best veterinary clinic.

I have been taking my dog and cats to Gladstone Veterinary Clinic for a year now, and have had the best experience each time. Dr. ten Broeke is a warm, empathetic, caring provider and her no-fear approach is exactly what my anxious dog needed after previous traumatic experiences he endured prior to joining my family. Thanks to her and the amazing staff at the clinic, my pets are healthy and well. I highly recommend this place.

It's a horrible, horrible place. I brought my kitten there for a health check and neutering about over a week ago. When I arrived, the entrance door was locked, and I said to myself that this doesn’t look like a good welcome start. And as it turned out, this impression was not wrong. A very aggressive, overweight woman with short hair approached the door. With her first phrase, she literally knocked me off my feet; her question was, 'What do you want?' I was confused by such open rudeness but answered that I needed help with my kittens. To which she replied with lightning speed that it was not even necessary to come in, just call; 'Do you see the inscription on the doors?' she said. She added that the doctor isn't here and no one would help me with anything, not now, not later. I am a very kind and polite person, so I was very shocked by such indescribable aggressive rudeness. In general, after witnessing this deafening rudeness and aggressiveness, I think that at least half of the clinic's reviews must have been purchased or likely left by friends or relatives of the owners.

We adopted a very anxious 1 year old female Bouvier des Flandres in January this year. After doing some research on vets in our area, we decided to try Gladstone Veterinary Clinic. We have been nothing less than incredibly thankful for the tender care Koko has received. We both have worked in social services for years and had no idea trauma informed care existed for pets! You will not be disappointed! We will be taking our older husky to this vet as well. You all are amazing! Thank you!

2 years ago, I took my labradoodle for her ovariohysterectomy (spay). The dog was a 1 year old. After a 2 hour procedure, they said the surgery was not successful and the dogs still has her ovaries because they could not find them. I was billed a full amount for the surgery, and they said they would waive some charges on her next attempt. Something like $70 off from a surgery costing over $1000. Please use Willamette Valley Animal Hospital across the street. You will thank me later.

I have been here since approximately 2007 and although the prices have always been on the high side compared to some vets I’ve been to, IT IS WORTH IT. You and your pets are treated as if you are a part of the Dr’s family. I have always been given the most conscientious care I’ve experienced anywhere. I don’t like getting the bill, but I have always felt I am getting more than I pay for. I don’t feel safe taking my dogs anywhere else. In fact I have tried to save money at times by going to cheaper vets near me but have regretted it every time. Gladstone Veterinary pays attention to every detail, gets me in right away when there is any concern and gives my pets the time & focus we all want. They are doing things right and if they need to charge more to do that I am glad they do. At some vets I get the feeling it’s a stressful push to get patients in & out quickly. This never happens at Gladstone Veterinary Clinic.
