So far so good...seems like a long repair period, (rear quarter panel dent - told 5 weeks that they will have the car) but they handled my claim quickly. The only thing I will say is that their 1800 number service is absolute garbage. Find the location nearest you and call them directly. Will update when I get my car back...

Gerber Collision received my car for an estimate after I got into a collision with a deer. Minor damage to the front spoiler and radiator. No damage to front bumper. I choose to retain my car with my insurance and Gerber collision delivered my car completely disassembled and broken. Front and rear bumper removed, rear tail lights removed, door handle broken, window roll up broken, trunk hatch broken. A myriad of removed parts were in the trunk. After taking apart my car and dumping it in my driveway Gerber apologised and told me they could only reassemble it if I paid them. Thank you so much for the awful experience. First two images are what my car looked like directly after the accident. 3rd and 4th pictures are what my car looked like after Gerber dropped it off at my house.

Ooga Booga business. Not good. Messed up car. Took almost 2 months for a quoted 3 day repair. And they didn't even finish it... they made us take it unfinished and the door seal they replaced (keep in mind they only replaced the rear one because the front one "didn't look right") was the wrong one AND they broke it while replacing it. They also left the car exposed to the elements without the door sealsand there was a rain storm and a hail storm in that time frame. I'd really like to know what kind of crack there smoking over there cause it sounds like it's the good stuff to me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We had our truck hit in front of our house, we have an older truck and they told us they could fix our car even if they needed to get used parts, well, we get it towed there and they tell us they can't get the parts, we find another location and try to get it towed from this company and we are told that we owe them over $600 because they have been storing it for a week and until we pay them they won't release the truck. They basically are holding our truck for ransom!!!

I was rear ended and was referred to this place by the other person's insurance company. To start they never returned my phone calls. Xavier their estimator was extremely unprofessional. After calling and stating I'd be picking my car up the next day I returned to get it and it was in pieces and not driveable. They stated I'd have to pay them out of my pocket to re assemble the car when it was dropped off running and driving perfectly. Lastly I had stuff in my trunk which was all tossed all over my leather seats and scratched up my door panels. They don't even deserve one star. Do not deal with Gerber and I'd advise going elsewhere. They will never again touch one of my vehicles!

Got an estimate done here. Waited for 2 months just to find out they never sent in my estimate to insurance. Insurance called them to confirm the estimate and get it sent over, THEY STILL DIDNT SEND OVER MY ESTIMATE! Don’t come to this place if you want your car fixed in a timely manner. Either very disorganized or Xavier doesn’t know how to do his job along with everyone else.

This review is for Francisco,Francisco was a pleasure to work with, not only was he professional but also personable and friendly. Navigating a high stress situation like getting your car fix and dealing with insurance companies rarely go well and as a customer you don't feel heard. However, luckily for me Francisco was the worker assigned to my case. He was attentive in letting me know what was going on, left messages when I couldn't answer calls and finished my car earlier than expected. Lack if communication for 1! And if your windows get busted they dont vacuum up the glass out of your car and leave a mess. They also charge twice as much as any other business in town. I luckily had insurance but good luck if you dont use it. 10/10 wouldn't recommend. Job #5420028Service: Auto glass repair

Apparently their preferred shop for Geico tried to drop my car off to get it repaired early. Keep in mind they have an night drop. Told by an oh of a man that I had to sit there and wait for my appointment and that I needed to stay for their estimate. Avoid like the plague.

Had a minor fender bender near the license plate. Gerber was able to work with the insurance company and completed the repair to my satisfaction. They even arranged with the insurance company to fix the Chrome guard above the bumper. The repair work is a lot more expensive these days and Gerber did a good job. I'll check back in if there's any problems within a month.Matt kept me in form of the progress by daily text messages about when to expect completion.

The car is held up by them for ~1 month. The reason given by them that the part is not available. This they should have done the homework before accepting the car for repairs. As we don't know about what they are doing in the car which is almost new and requires minor repairs in the back trunk area for the minor collision.
