“Shopped here with my mom previously back in the day. The owner was very friendly and we bought some fruits from them before. They are a small business so it pays off to support them for what they do for Oregon. Will come back again? ”

“What a top notch, customer oriented business. I bought there for first time about a week ago. Got product home and there were some issues with quality. I contacted them and they graciously resolved the issue immediately, with no arm wrestling necessary to resolve the issue. Went out if their way to insure I was satisfied. You have earned another lifelong customer. Thank you.”

“Stopped by here after grabbing brunch with a friend at Jam on Hawthorne. I cannot believe the low prices for produce! Golden kiwi was only $0.99 each versus $2.49 each at Uwajimaya!!”

“Nice selection of fresh produce and packaged products. Still have lots of pumpkins, squash and gourds, plus a corn maze! Take a look at the gourd and squash decoration at work made with a purchase from Growers Outlet.”

“Fantastic neighborhood store. Great natural selection of foods; lots of great local options. Many things you can't find elsewhere. A true gem you shouldn't miss.”

“This place has been there forever. I have been to many farmer markets but this is my favorite. Sometimes the farmer himself is there. The staff is really nice and the selections are good. Its all local from their farm or other local farms. Always whatever is in season so I suggest you call first. Way better than the grocery store. Everything taste so much better. And they have a U-Pick.”

“I LOVE Sheridan. My 3 stars is not probably their fault. Prices have increased so much that it's difficult for me to shop there anymore. With that said prices have increased and quality has dropped (produce and meat). You won't find everything here but it's awesome. You will need to keep up with the prices and the lack of items that used to be available.”

“Killingsworth Halal Market offers a fantastic selection of goat, beef, and lamb at competitive prices. The welcoming atmosphere created by the staff, especially Mustafe and Isse, adds to the overall positive shopping experience. Their commitment to going above and beyond for customers sets this market apart. Highly recommend for quality meats and exceptional service.”

“Albeke farms has tons of awesome berries! You get to adventure out on their fields through the developing peaches and hear the bull frog in the pond while you pick blueberries! This is a real family farm, not some glitzy big advertising " farm" you see these days. The walk in the sun along the path makes you feel like you're really getting out of town- even though it's only 20min from Portland! Come for U- pick and pre- picked berries at Albeke farms in Oregon City- The farm dogs are super cool too.”

“This stand is amazing. Today (late August) I got 2 pints of amazing strawberries, Hermeston cantaloupe, corn, 2 types of lettuce and some walla walla onions for <$30. Highly worth the stop to support this little shop.”

“I've used Gatto and Sons over the years at multiple restaurants for my produce needs. Mike, the owner, is responsive, professional and kind. If there is ever an issue with my order (which is rare), they always make it right. Not many purveyors like these guys still around. Support your local business! I highly recommend.”

“This is a stellar food cart Pod, featuring a wide variety of choices done well and a great selection of taps.

Vegetarian options: Most carts have at least a few veg options. and there are fully vegetarian and vegan carts.

Dietary restrictions: A lot of carts offer gluten-free options, from buns to pasta. Other sensitivities, like dairy, would also probably be easy to satisfy.

Parking: You might have to park a block or so away at the busiest times.

Kid-friendliness: It's a food cart pod, so it's outside with picnic tables and some space. Lots of families come through.

Wheelchair accessibility: While the lot itself is mostly accessible, a lot of the carts have decks that do not have ramps. I'd bet any of the proprietors would be happy to come and grab your card, but it could be a little awkward. There are also a couple spots in the lot where hoses are covered with non-slip mats. While probably passable, they could be frustrating.”

“Delivering to the facility.I had a few pallets of frozen goods, so I was assigned a door on the west side of the building. (Docks on eaat side look much tighter to get into.) Recieving guy gets there around 4am, but you have to wait for their trucks to move out of doors. Which is fine, I was still in a door by 5:30 (for my 6am appt) was out in a half hour.Docks can be tight to get into depending on which one you get and how many dropped trailers are parked in the other business. I got into the parking lot around midnight and just backed up to a door in the building across from them that seemed like it didn't currently have someone leasing it.Sometimes there is street parking, but it's only a block long and depends in how many people living in their cars are parked there.”

“Mini farmers market in the middle of a parking lot. Weird placement but cute. Decent selection of fresh fruit and veg, with some baked good options. Moderately priced.”

“Great little produce stand. I often stop for fruits or vegetables in lieu of stopping at the grocery store if I need something to have with that nights dinner. This week they had delicious fresh local strawberries you can't find in the grocery stores.I bought a beautiful hanging basket of flowers for my patio. Better than I had seen at the local garden centers. That being said they do tend to be pricier than the grocery stores. But convenience usually does cost more. They have local honey, and local seasonal frozen bake at home pies. The items they carry change with the season but this produce stand is always worth a visit especially when you want fresh local in season produce.”

“I like the organic, clean fruits and vegetables here (for those who say there are a lot of rotten fruits: pay attention, that's why they spoil faster, because they are not treated with chemicals!!!). Nice low prices. Very nice seller, thanks for the service, I will come here again!”

“Surprising selection of food, just nothing has a price on it but the alcohol. Though candy bars are the same price as most convienence stores, AND they have those shrimp chips I like! So good to find those within walking distance! Nice little store overall.”

“Very friendly helpful staff. These guys are kind of off the beaten path down underneath the Burnside bridge In Southeast Portland. I came out of the office after checking in and asked one of the employees that was walking by, heading to his car or truck, if he could tell me where the loading dock was around the backside of the building. He started to explain but then said you know what I'll do you one better and he took me around back and showed me exactly where I needed to go and how I needed to drive into the parking lot to get lined up right. The back side loading docks take you into what looks to be the employee parking lot area so it is kind of tight to manoeuvre. I was really appreciative that he took the extra time to walk me over and show me the best path to get in. Wish I would have got his name to put in my post. But kudos to everybody all around. Very pleasant experience.”

“Not sure how one person's experience is so much different than another's. Haha is what it is. If they're quick then who cares if they're rude. I think Charlie's is a fine place to deliver and I've only been to the one in Salt Lake City. My load tippedover leaving 5 rows standing and the others needing picked up. The manager there said he wasn't dealing with it and is have to pick them all and put the even amount in each flat, by myself, in January and it was windy and with wind chill it was 6 below. Haha what a nightmare for sure took 31/2 hrs and 4 trips back inside truck to get my hands to work again and again but I got it all done. 4 guys inside doing nothing and NO HELP WHATSOEVER.... moral of the story's pretty obvious. USE YOUR LOAD LOCKS ALWAYS and NEVER remove them until your all the backed in. Let them do it!!! Haha”
