Their posted hours (online and on door) for Saturday are from 10am till 6pm. I arrived at 2:50 pm and the door was locked and nobody in sight inside. The neon light was on and said OPEN in red letters. I hoped whoever was supposed to be working is okay but kind hate being misled by their online information.

I went in to collect a package that was waiting for me. I could not get any phone service to download my tracking number. The employee that was helping me said she could not do anything with out the tracking number. So I finally got enough service to get a tracking #. She looked around real quickly and said it was not there. She said to go across the street to wallgreens and see if it was there. The lady at wall greens was REALY helpful. She actually looked it up on the computer and said it was at the fed ex shop. So I whent back across the street and was helped by another employee, who actually looked it up on the computer and found it right away. This whole pick up took me 37 min. The only reason I did not give them a 1 star was that the first fed ex employee did apologize to me, but it was still very frustrating.

The sign “open” lights were on but it was locked and no one in sight. The hours of operation said it should be open. I called the store and no answer. I waited about 10-20 minutes. A line started to form. Finally a woman came out. She unlocked the door, opened it, removed the holiday hours sign and let us in. Before I can say anything, she made a comment about my grocery cart. Suggesting that at least I did not have to carry my package around. I made the best out of the interaction but it was awkward.

Stopped in here today to ship out a phone I was trading in to samsung. I had went to the fedex at 9919 se Sunnyside Rd. 1st but the guy there refused to take the shipment or to even print me out the prepaid label unless I purchased a $12.50 box from him to ship it in he said mine wasn't good enough... Needless to say I declined his offer and drove over to this store where the girl was super nice printing me a label taped it to the box and gave me a receipt. Simple and easy like it should have been at the other store. So thank you for running an honest store and not trying to scam me like the other store did!

2 Saturdays in a row now at 2 different times I have come to drop off packages off and you are closed. Last time I had to come back back and I asked the lady working why her response is "management only allows 1 person to work all day Saturday" I then asked what time is this location for your lunch then, she says "oh whenever I feel like it". So no set time for closure. This is completely unacceptable as a business to have hours of operation and not be open for those posted times. I ship alot of items thru you daily, however now due to these multiple inconvenience I have experienced I will be taking my business to UPS. I have a business to run too and my time is money also. So the least you could do as a company is have a set time for said employee to take lunch so your paying customers don't waste their time to drive down there for you to be closed.

I just had the best service here! I was frustrated with a machine, and the attendant Nicole kept her cool and was so helpful. She was busy helping many customers and she didn't skip a beat in her helpfulness and calm demeanor. Excellent service Nicole!!!

This is a long time coming and disservice to this store for not writing it sooner, but it time to recognize the heroic efforts Erich. My company employs remote employees and those people depend on us to get their equipment to them. For that we come to FedEx who has yet to let us down. Erich always greets us warmly, he is fast, and very knowledgeable. He is unshakable in his commitment to making the FedEx shipping experience the best you can possible get. I really enjoy the personal feeling of being part of the FedEx family when I come in to the store and Erich is a big part of that.It would also be unfair to not recognize Juanita and Nicole who are extremely helpful and work well as a team.Please keep up the good work and let these people know that they are appreciated.

I had some direct TV items to return and the clerk Kyler was incredibly helpful! The scanning gun was not working properly so it was taking a lot of time to get it and the computer to work so he could get these items shipped out. He was the only employee in there and was trying his best to help me out. I told him no hurries or worries and appreciated his help. It's young men like Kyler who I value these days! An excellent employee ? ?

Got excellent service when my home-printed labels wouldn't scan. Staff helped retrieve labels from my phone, emailed them to the store, printed them, and slapped them on the boxes. Above and beyond!

Nicole was tremendously helpful! Very polite and a great problem solver. FedEx is lucky to have her. Outstanding customer service is hard to come by nowadays. 5/5 stars for Nicole. 4/5 for the store because the prices are slightly too high.

This store only had two machines and one of them was out of service. But the usable machine was having problems, too, so a very kind employee, Nicole, was very helpful and I appreciated how friendly and professional she was. Additionally, as soon as I walked into the door, I was greeted with a friendly hello (I believe that employee's name was Eric) and all three employees who were working were exceptionally nice. So, although I had issues with the machine, the employees were great, especially Nicole. Nicole was patient and knowledgeable, she helped me complete the job that I was trying to get done by myself, and her help is what made the experience a great one.

Erich was very caring and made sure to provide great service to me regarding a return i had to send back. He listened very well and executed the return process with ease.
