I needed to choose a place to have work stuff sent to and it's been a great experience getting to know Nicole, Juanita and the other friendly staff members at Fedex.They've been willing & knowledgeable in trouble shooting some things getting started, I'm not familiar with most of this process. It feels good to walk thru the door and they remember at least your face!

Got excellent service when my home-printed labels wouldn't scan. Staff helped retrieve labels from my phone, emailed them to the store, printed them, and slapped them on the boxes. Above and beyond!

This store only had two machines and one of them was out of service. But the usable machine was having problems, too, so a very kind employee, Nicole, was very helpful and I appreciated how friendly and professional she was. Additionally, as soon as I walked into the door, I was greeted with a friendly hello (I believe that employee's name was Eric) and all three employees who were working were exceptionally nice. So, although I had issues with the machine, the employees were great, especially Nicole. Nicole was patient and knowledgeable, she helped me complete the job that I was trying to get done by myself, and her help is what made the experience a great one.

I had mailed some gifts here a few weeks ago and had a bad experience with a former employee, they were rude and unprofessional. Recently went back to give this location a second change and newemployee Nicole who works here very helpful! Thanks for making me feel respected and welcome Nicole!

Worked with Erin on a complex order to print oversized checks. Get help with design etc all on a short turnaround. He was responsive, helpful, communicative and down to be a part of a silly and tricky project. Attention to detail, price. A great experience.

I am prepping all of my wedding Save the Dates and I thought FedEx would be the best place to make copies of my original design for my save the date invitations. My fiance get's to FedEx at 10am today 01/26/21 and is treated with disrespect my the manager Gregory. He was very impatient and even sighed at my fiance with ignorance because she asked him to copy our design card of a specific paper she brought in, which initially was told by an associate that said oh yes bring the paper in! No problem we can definitely copy these for you. Gregory needs to definitely get some training on customer service and also respect. My future wife deserves respect and the way he treated her, he shouldn't be working with the public. I will no longer do my business here.
