I bought a car from them a week ago. They got me financed and out of there in less than 3 hours. I had the car inspected and it looked great as far as the mechanic was concerned and I was able to pass the ASE inspection for medical transport. I'm unsure whether the transmission fluid was addressed by Enterprise previous to my purchase and they don't really know. That's my only suggestion is that they keep accurate and detailed service records. That said, it is a used car nonetheless and I am grateful for their help. I know rental cars have a bad rep and maybe deservingly so, but all used cars are a dice roll. I'm comfortable with this purchase and if I were to buy a used car again, I would not hesitate going back to Enterprise.

I am so happy! I went from driving a clunker that barely made it across town, to a beautiful, almost new Altima that takes me anywhere I want to go! They made everything so easy and treated me like a 5 star customer!

Highly recommended going here if you are in the market for a used car. Taylor was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to buy and felt like I ended up with the perfect car! It was a great buying experience!

Whole process of purchasing was seamless, even though my particular situation had some unique challenges. The car was as advertised, the staff was courteous and friendly, the facility was pleasant to visit. Accommodations were available for my lack of transportation prior to purchase, and the documentation was completed quickly and without problems. All in all, a wonderful experience.

On September 11th of last week, I called Enterprise car sales to get help with the vehicle they sold me. I bought a 2021 Nissan Versa and the vehicle says the “key is not detected,” and won’t start even though I have the key in the car. I bought this car less than two months ago and have driven it less than 1000 miles and it’s already not working. It was frustrating that the guy on the phone wasn't more helpful nor was there a sense of urgency. It’s funny how there was a sense of urgency when you guys are trying to sell me a car but when I call about a problem with the car you guys sold me, there’s none. I wish Jake would’ve helped find places under warranty and same with the lady on the warranty company line. So I have to fix this problem which I have little to no knowledge about, nor did I cause the issue and I have to do it with zero support or assistance from the people who sold me this car. I mean who buys a car just so they can’t drive it? No one. I mean at the very least they could have pretended like they cared and at least given me some instructions on what steps I need to take to get it fixed. They were more than happy to take thousands of dollars but can’t be bothered with any decent level of customer service.

I’m so impressed! I’ve bought a few cars from different dealerships, but this has been by far the best experience I’ve had. The process was so quick and easy. I wasn’t scared of being denied, I felt like I could truly look at all the inventory with confidence. Jacob was very informative and helped me make my final choice. He listened to my wants and needs and helped me find something that was realistic and affordable but also had all the things I wanted. I felt heard and valued through the whole process. I never once felt like they were trying to push a car on me just for a quick sale. I’ve already recommended enterprise car sales to a few of my friends and I will continue to mention them whenever someone is looking. I plan on using them again next time I’m interested in getting a car. Their selection was amazing and very affordable. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Over all 5 star top tier service. So happy ?

Love my car, but they sold me a car that needs new brakes (grinds incredibly loud and harsh) and has electrical issues (ex. The driver passenger air bag is lit up on dash, my sensors go off saying there is a vehicle in front of me when there’s no one in front of me). It has only been a month and they won’t fix it since it’s not under the warranty they offer for free. Won’t be shopping here again, and I will be telling my friends not to either- which makes me sad since I had a few friends purchase vehicles there after.
Great kind people, but the cars aren’t all they say they are unfortunately.

Great experience buying my car. This is the second car I have purchased through Enterprise. They are helpful and accommodating. The price is reasonable.
