We had a wonderful experience with these guys. We initially took our car to a different shop to get a diagnostics & they literally told us “we don’t know what the problem is. Keep driving it and come back if anything else bad happens.” and thankfully, I trusted my gut that that was a terrifying idea & remembered how many moms have reccomended E&N on Facebook. They have fair prices for diagnostics & they humored me when I asked them “you don’t just guess what’s wrong right? You have a way to figure it out?” and the owners giggled with me but also educated me on the plan & what I would be paying for. We took it in and within hours we knew exactly what the problem with our car was & had a real plan to deal with it. I love them so much. They had humor, professionalism, and honestly it felt like calling my dad to chat about something I needed help with - definitely treated us like family & we cannot wait to connect with them again, even if it is for stressful car issues!?

I’ve been coming to E&N for the past four years. I love this business. As a woman, I’ve always felt other auto shops were taking advantage of my lack of experience and knowledge with cars. I have never felt that with E&N. I trust they won’t charge me with unnecessary expenses. And the staff is so friendly. I highly recommend making them your go-to for auto needs.

HONEST SHOP. I dont leave many reviews at all. I have to leave a review for this shop. Our family van A/C was not working. We dropped off the vehicle. I suspected the compressor needed replacement, which is more than a few hundred bucks. They called back within a couple hours to let us know I had overcharged the refrigerant. They drained the system and recharged it and called us back after letting it run with the A/C on to be sure it was resolved. Out the door with a diagnostic fee, which I gladly paid.

Marco and his team are the most reliable, efficient, knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanics I have experienced. The mechanics here are all very skilled and honest with work done in a timely manner. Recently, my car broke down unexpectedly after shop hours. I reached out to Marco and he quickly responded by offering to open up the gates on his personal time, he came to his shop after closing just to make sure my car would be towed safely. His technicians quickly diagnosed the issue and my car was repaired the following day. On top of this experience, all of his prices are reasonable and much more affordable than dealerships or other mechanics. Having to find or go to a mechanic is never enjoyable; however, E&N always prioritizes their customers.

Thank you E & N for a great job on my timing belt. They saved me a few hundred dollars on my timing belt over the cost of my dealership, where I have always taken my car to for repairs. They got me in on the same day and even had a loaner car for me. I will definitely be back for the rest of my cars maintenance and also for a detail in August.

I just got my 2020 Black Dodge Ram 1500 detailed inside and out and it looks way better than the day I bought it brand new . Staff is super friendly and helpful . Would I recommend them to friends YES .

I purchased a used truck from a private seller a few weeks ago and despite the previous owner taking great care of the truck, it had accumulated a fair amount of dirt and debris within the cab and under the hood. Wanting a fresh start with this truck, E&N was recommended to me. Being that they have great reviews, are reasonably priced, local and family owned made the decision easy.
When I picked up my truck, it looked like it just rolled off the factory floor. The thoroughness of their work is unparalleled.
Lastly, how the owner handled my concern about the amount of gas used while in their possession spoke a lot about his commitment to customer service. In short, when I started up my truck I noticed my fuel range dropped from 68 miles to 34 and the mpg efficiency dropped considerably as well. The owner explained to me they leave the cars idling with the heater on to help dry out the vehicle in time to be picked up. Not realizing that nor preparing accordingly, I was offered a discount to offset the fuel loss. That's a level of customer service I rarely experience these days and was appreciated. Make a mental note though that you may see some fuel loss yourself, especially if you have a big, thirsty V8.

We had one of our SUV's serviced with E&N Auto repair and they were fantastic!! They were fully transparent about costs and did not make us feel pressured to do anything. The pricing was totally fair, and they were honest about every charge etc. I 100% would use them again and no longer have "car anxiety" like I did with other mechanics in the area. THANK YOU!!!!
