Very impressive. We worked with Missy and Eliu to not only replace the windshield but to clean up a previously placed, poorly installed windshield that was creating a horrible wind noise. They both worked to solve the problem quickly and to install a new windshield and have the vehicle ready to pick up by the end of the day. Both were extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We will return for all of our auto glass needs. A well-deserved five stars out of five stars.

After contacting Safe light who wanted me to travel out of town due to calibration needs, contacting Sir Glass who don't answer the phone nor showed up when scheduled, Delta Glass saved the day! They were prompt, the scheduler was awesome, and the tech that came out was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable- just all around terrific. I got the work done and they scheduled my calibration with my auto dealer in town. Call these guys first!!!

Made an appointment to have my windshield replaced on a Friday and they no-showed and then called Monday with a lame excuse and rescheduled. I got my windshield replaced. I call again to have them replace a windshield on another vehicle and the guy tells me he will meet me at 3pm. Due to this I had to leave work early to meet him at the time specified and he doesn't show up or call. Two hours later I call the main office and they say they will call me back. Finally get a call another hour later saying he is not coming. I took time off work to be there when they said and they no show with no call. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVCE and BAD BUSINESS. DO NOT USE THEM.

Had my windshield replace through Delta, took 3 weeks for windshield to come, (which I understand it takes time) I was never once contacted with any updates also they were to check on loaner car from dealership and still did not come through with that. Picked up vehicle, no paperwork and shards of glass all over my dash and trim scratched. Called and set up appt for them to come look at my vehicle the Saturday after the 4th of July, no call and no show. Very disappointed with this glass shop!Service: Installation

A large rock chip meant my windshield needed replaced. This was the outfit my dealership recommended. Called and scheduled an appointment a week out. They gave me a 4 hour window, so I woke up early and waited and waited. No show, no answer on the phone. 2 hours after the latest they should have been there, I finally manage to get someone on the phone only to be informed they didn't have my part and therefore I wasn't even on the schedule. I'm told they left a message informing me of this, but they hadn't taken my phone number down correctly, so I never received it. Wasted 6 hours of my day for nothing.Made an appointment with a different service instead.
