Staff was professional and respectful. I spoke with Anwen about financing a truck. I was looking for a Ram 1500 and ultimately bought from elsewhere but my experience with Anwen was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took forever and no one had any idea what they were talking about. The lady who was helping me had to go ask for help multiple times. Just continued to come up with a thousand excuses for why they couldn’t buy my car that day and would have to come back. Seemed like they just didn’t want to have to do any work after 5 pm.

It has been a long time since I bought a cat new, and even longer since I sold them. This dealership has it right, with prices clearly marked, all the doors unlocked, and details spelled out with QR codes providing availability. The selection is huge with most makes, models, and power trains on site. We experienced no pressure from salesmen, and we're free to wander around looking at the cars we were attracted to without being bothered. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you are looking to buy a quality used car.

I rarely leave reviews but I couldn’t leave Carmax today, without leaving a positive one. My mom came in to look for a vehicle late last night and she didn’t know where to begin. Lexi (woman at the front desk) was so kind and directed us in the direction she was going for. Eventually we were assigned to Greg. He waved at us and was more than happy to assist us, even though they would be closing in an hour. We eventually came back the next day, and His professionalism and patience was the same as the day before. It was not a quick & easy process, but he got my mom in the vehicle she wanted. If you go to this Carmax, Please go see Greg! He is sweet as pie! Thanks for helping my mom today Greg! We really appreciate it!

I am thrilled with the service I just received from Greg S at the CarMax Clackamas location, and overjoyed to drive my new (to me) car! Like most people, buying a car is a big deal to me. It's the second largest transaction next to buying a house, and I'm going to be with that car for many years to come. I combed Carmax and Carvana's websites for the right car. Finally found it in a city in California, and didn't mind paying $249 to have it sent to my local store. After paying, the tracking app on the CarMax site said the car was on the way, then that it was delivered, but CarMax didn't have a record of where it was. So..... after several phone calls and chats, I decided to drive to Clackamas to find out what was going on. Very fortunately, Greg was the very first person I talked to, and he helped me a great deal. I found him to be honest, professional, knowledgeable and patient. After digging around he said, I believe the car is on our lot. I walked outside with him down a long row of cars and sure enough, he located it! No one else could do what Greg did and for that I'm very grateful.
Once the car was found, the rest of the transaction went very smoothly, including turning in my former car as a trade. Yay!
I totally would do business with CarMax again and will always work with Greg S. When someone goes the extra mile for you and fixes a problem much bigger than they are, I tend to feel very loyal and will bring all the business to this person that I possibly can. I'm sure he will treat you right, and help you through any issues you might have.

This is what a car dealership should be like. All the cars are unlocked, and you can walk around the lot looking at whatever you want. We sat in all the cars that fit into what we needed, adjusted the seats, and looked under the hood. There are QR codes on the windows with more info, such as whether it is already being purchased. I like this method and recommend giving it a try.
