Came in to find a new bow after several years of not shooting or owning a bow, Initially talked Daren who was awesome, gave me great information on every question I had, measured my draw & gave me recommendations. I was ready to purchase the bow & come back a different day or go to another shop to tune and set it up as I work a lot and also go to school multiple times a week so I don’t have a ton of time to drive all the way back there. A female employee with black hair (I didn’t catch her name) came over and took the bow from me and seemed very condescending about me not having it set up immediately or the next day. I told her I would come back another day and then she again in a condescending way proceeded to say “ you wanna buy a bow before you even shoot it?” I work in the trades on the service end and deal with multiple customers/homeowners a day & she needs to learn how to speak to customers. She lost a sale and I won’t be returning.

i pulled my phone out of my pocket to pay tap/apple pay. the guy at check out thought i was putting products in my pocket trying to steal. will never go back to this store. the lady in the back making arrows was nice and had a great attitude. 5 stars to her, and 0 stars to the guy up front

Love taking my friends to shoot in the open range or they have the dark room where you shoot at live animals such as elk, deer, there coming out on a canvas with a blanks, all the staff there are super friendly and very knowledgeable bend over backwards to help you can't say enough about this place I recommend it to all my bow hunting friends. And the owners that are pretty much every day and he's on that place for me me many years again super friendly guy you ask him a question if he had the answer if he'll give it to you in detail so you can take that knowledge and put it towards your shooting.

1st time Archery shooting In a long time and the staff was very friendly. I was able to rent a bow with arrows, given some advice to shoot. They put me in a lane with a target, and actually did all right. Great experience. Such fun sport i have now bought a compound bow and shoot with my girlfriend.

When my bow had a serious malfunction the day before archery elk season, I was recommended to stop in at broken arrow for a quick fix. I was thinking there was no way these guys would be able to get my bow in and fixed for opening weekend but they did. Luke got my issue sorted out AND got my bow shooting better than it was before it malfunctioned all with a smile on his face and excellent customer service. I hadn’t felt as confident in my shooting in years and was able to go out and make a dream of a shot on this Roosevelt bull. These guys earned a new life long customer and they deserve your business as well.

I was nervous about bringing my "amazon special" to be checked over, half expecting that they would scoff at me. Thankfully they weren't like hat at all. They are super nice people who took the time to look it over and give me some advice and instruction even though I didn't buy much.

Really fun activity to do with my son. wonderful people there. Got an intro starter lesson that was very helpful. Lady who helped us was so personable and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend trying archery ? at this outfit.
