Everyone at Bridgetown Automotive is very friendly and helpful. They're extremely knowledgeable and quote you only on what you need fixed on your vehicle. I never once felt like they were trying upcharge me, or push me to get more work done on my car. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

I checked out Bridgetown auto after looking at Costcoauto and reading the other reviews. I was happy with my experience. Andrew and his team were fantastic. Communication was clear and got updates on work. They’re honest and do a great inspection. They were able to get me in on short notice. I replaced my radiator and also did a Tran’s flush, and got my exhaust manifold replaced. Andrew also got my car drooped off to me at work too! My car shifts smoother. I would definitely recommend checking them out, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back. I wanted to wait a week before I wrote this review just to be sure all was good and I’m satisfied. Thumbs up!

IM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DID ON MY TAHAO. THEY CALLED ME TO EXSPLAIN WHAT NEEDED TO GET DONE NOW AND WHAT COULD WAIT OR IF I COULD DO IT AT A LATER TIME. WHEN I GET MORE MONEY I WILL TAKE IT BACK AND I CAN DO SOME OF THESE THINGS MYSELF.

We had an increasingly annoying noise coming from the engine of our Chevy Sonic and the great team at Bridgetown were able to diagnose and fix it.
I was also thankful that they offered to drive me back to my office each day, as well.

These guys are amazing. I love coming into a place where I feel like I can entrust the people with my car, and feel like I am getting genuine honest feedback. I've recommended Bridgetown to others as it was recommended to me when I was in a really tough spot! I won't take my car anywhere else.

I’ve been taking my cars to Bridgetown since I moved to area 6 years ago. With the need to manage expenditures very closely, this team is always agreeable to provide written, itemized estimates along with a prioritization list for services needed so that I can group services around my budget, and know that they will be monitoring my 2007 Acura’s systems, for the long haul. I appreciate, also, the courtesy pick up/drop off when needed.
