If I could live a -1 I would Jimmy the sales manager. Was horrible over the phone all I wanted was help with my registration paperwork, and he wouldn't let me explain since we are out of state and we have different laws He was rude and
aggressive over the phone . Horrible customer service!

Maaan I cannot be any happier. I was looking for a Pontiac GTO on cargurus and they had one available here at this dealership. I called the phone number on the website. Buck the salesman picked up the phone and introduce himself, very polite and funny man. The vehicle was available, I told him I want to buy the vehicle and was able to put down a deposit. I flew from Las Vegas to Portland during labor day weekend, they had transportation for me from the airport. Got to the dealership, met the man and my 2005 GTO. Extremely excited seeing it, we took it to for a good road test. Once we got back Buck showed me all the paperwork and the available extended warranties that they provide if you wish you get one. I drove it 1000 miles back to Las Vegas without any issues. Thank you Buck & Bridge City Auto Sales for the vehicle.

Give these people money at your own risk. We bought a car from this place about a month and a half ago and every step in the process past giving them money has been a disaster. We did our part, going to DEQ for them and brought back the paperwork they need to file with the DMV which they abruptly lost, so now all the legwork is on us (can't wait to see what else they misfile). The car had undisclosed problems the big two being non functional AC (repaired), and a broken reverse camera that they have promised to fix, and then dragged their feet about ever since. They also sold us a car with brakes worn down to the rotors that we took care of out of pocket because we'd already lost faith in their willingness to help and do the right thing.
I hate writing reviews like this, but they have taken any joy or excitement out of purchasing a new car. Don't make the same mistake.

Car died over 5 times within 2 weeks of me having it and now has been going from shop to shop for the past month. Said they put brand new tires on the car and couldn’t cut a better deal just for the tires to be over 7 years old. Don was asking if i wanted to smoke weed with him after the purchase which in itself was something that should’ve made me leave.
UPDATE- Replying to everyone that has had IMMENSE amount of issues with YOUR vehicles and addressing that you will communicate those issues to the management is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Highly disappointed in my latest experience while purchasing a vehicle. I’ve been a loyal customer for over ten years now, every time I’ve needed a new car I’ve come right to bridge city, every time anyone I know needs a car I send them to bridge city, so when I was rear ended at 80 and my vehicle was totaled this is where I came. I bought a 2021 ford expedition to replace my 2017 that I loved. I purchased the suv in May had it for about a week and half then it spent the next month at the dealership with transmission problems. Got it back and now it’s going back to the dealership again, for who knows how long for yet again transmission problems, this time I almost lost my life twice because while driving it I went from tenth gear to first at 75mph and lost all power while trying to pass a driver who was merging into me, then again while trying to get on the freeway I lost all power and almost got hit by a semi , with my KIDS in the car. I have seemingly bought a vehicle that is going to be my demise, it truly feels like it’s inevitable to cause an accident. Anytime I’ve called to speak to bridge city I get hung up on or the “we’ll call you back” run around with suprise suprise no return call. I have had to file claims on my warranty to cover the costs of these transmission issues which honestly bridge city should be covering because the issues started almost immediately after purchase. I have given every opportunity for this company to help make it right and gotten no where which is appalling considering my repeated Buisness, loyalty to this dealership and patience with this issue. I see they currently have other expeditions on the lot for sale and I would caution people to honestly go another direction entirely for their purchase because what used to be an outstanding dealership with great customer care and safe reliable vehicles is long gone it seems and has been replaced by employees who simply care about the sale, their bottom line and the numbers, they treat people good until that paperwork is signed and the deal is done and then your discarded like yesterdays trash cause hey they got the deal done right!?i should have known better when they didn’t even know the basic features in the expedition while I test drove it, the dealer himself said “ you probably know more about these trucks then me I don’t know any of this”. You would think they would’ve atleast done their due diligence to know the selling features to appeal to a buyer. I could understand if there was some standard Maintence that maybe was looked over and not done but to sell a vehicle with major transmission faults is inappropriate and reckless on so many levels. Such a disappointment and frustrating predicament especially given the fact they knew my situation it almost feels predatory

Absolutely terrible experience buying a car here. Realized the backup camera didn't work on my new car as I was leaving the lot. Let them know and they assured me it would be fixed soon. A couple days later we discovered the AC also didn't work. I took the car in for the AC repair, which was completed, but it's been well over a month and my camera still is not fixed. I also discovered that all of the brakes and rotors needed to be replaced, which ended up costing me over $1000 out of pocket via Les Schwab. Not to mention other issues that have been discovered since my purchase.
I was so excited to finally get a new car for myself, and it has been absolutely nothing but stress and headaches. They present themselves as a "luxury" car lot, all I wanted was something safe and comfortable. Wish I'd never stepped foot on that lot, but a lesson has definitely been learned the hard way.
UPDATE 8/13/24
Just wanted to add that my repairs have been completed but no one in management has reached out to me whatsoever. Even when I picked up my vehicle, there has never been any sort of apology offered. I also forgot to mention in my review that they lost my DEQ paperwork, causing me to have to go to DMV and register my vehicle. The place is an all around bad time ??♀️
