Stopped by to resolve an issue with a phone on a corporate AT&T plan. Kandy was quick to resolve it and explained the culprit in a very thorough manner, even though I showed up only a few minutes before closing.This AT&T store is my favorite in the Portland area. Staff have been the most helpful compared to other metro area stores.

Was having issues with my phone and REALLY did not want to upgrade even though I have the NEXT/Upgrade plan. I arrived at about 6:30pm and there was one associate working with helping another woman and her elderly mother I think also switching/upgrading their phone. Kandy was super sweet and patient with them both! Once they left Kandy proceeded to help me with my issue/phone. I ended up upgrading out of necessity and only feel good about it because of the service and support I received from Kandy. Not only that but they went above and beyond and even stayed past close while my phone transferred/updated. I'm a stay at home mom (of a 16 month old) who also works full time and has approximately 0 free time, and can not stress enough how grateful I am for the experience/care/patience/knowledge I received from this associate.Some side notes: I do think it's weird this store closes at 7pm and all the other ones close at 8. It's also kinda weird no managers are present/or even available over call during the last few hours past 5/6pm (or maybe they are and were just busy I'm not sure! But Kandy definitely called both with no answer but was still able to maintain professionalism, Kandy ended up calling another associate I believe named 'Piper' who was also able to assist thankfully). I wish I could say Kandy did their best in this situation with the tools they had BUT!!! THEY DID AMAZING all things considered and I am very very very happy with the help I was able to receive and am glad to finally have a new store to be able to go to and feel confident about the support I'll receive.

I had went into the Clackamas Town Center store for help with a problem, I was sent away and told to call the 800 number.I decided to try again at this location on oak street, I was so glad I did ! Kandy went above and beyond to help me until the problem was solved. I highly recommend the ATT store at this location.

I took my dad, who is 79 and his iPhone 6 into this store today. We needed to transfer the info on his old phone to an iPhone SE. Kandy helped us and it was the best experience I’ve ever had, and this experience restored my faith in humanity. He was helpful, patient and determined to help his customer. He figured out how to get the info transferred even though there were many road blocks like not knowing the iCloud log in, etc. And spent as long as needed to get it done. I just told my husband, we won’t ever leave AT&T. Thank you for all that you did and for personally caring for your senior citizens:) Great store to get help with your phone!

Piper at the Milwaukie/Oak Street AT&T store helped me today. She was amazing and calm, despite running the store completely solo with no manager and helping multiple customers. She was an expert at triage, asking people quick questions as they arrived so she could advise whether or not the issue they had was something that could be addressed at a retail location (vs dialing 611). At other stores, I have seen employees make people wait for 45 minutes before asking the quick question about what they may need -- only to find they cannot resolve the issue at the store.Piper was professional and knowledgeable, able to quickly answer every question I heard someone ask her today. I was there for 2 hours because we had a task that required internal/retail store customer service and were on hold for a very long time--then had to call again because the person on the other end had system issues and he would not transfer her to someone else. Piper was patient, positive, and supportive to everyone. I would promote her to manager if I worked at AT&T, and whatever she is making now, she deserves a raise -- plus a bonus for covering the managerial responsibilities for the past month.

Hands down best experience ever at a mobile shop. The girl who helped me and my boyfriend figure out a good plan and device for us was TOP TIER!! I really wish I could remember her name. Tall, Long hair, had piercings! You were awesome! Even when the verification process threw me for a loop, because I couldn’t remember my fam’s bdays. So supportive and amazing crew.

I wanted to upgrade my whole family as I couldn’t afford it the past couple years (there’s 6 of us) and Piper took the time to help me find my most affordable options and even helped me with issues I had with my current line. Not only that but as we were setting up our phones she showed my kids some super cute games that kept them quiet and still for most of us being there! 5 stars for a much needed quiet ride home haha!

The team was great. The manager spent hours going over my bill with me to help me understand what all I was getting even helped me call customer service to cancel some stuff we didn't need and save us some money.

Just had the worst experience here. The young woman Jule, the customer service representative has really confused me. She would not look me in the eye and her attitude is off putting. I was so confused about how to proceed through my transaction and exactly how she could help me. She took my phone and then took her lunch.The customer representative Piper tried to explain this away for me and let me know that the Clackamas store is the best place for me to go.I am a long time ATT customer and this has been the worst experience. I will take the hint and take myself over to the Clackamas store.I feel very let down.
