Working full time, it was hard to see the owner during her hours. I made my 1st appointment but got called into a work meeting right before. I called the owner 20min after my appointment started and she would not answer my call. When I called back, she said "I am done with you. You missed your appointment." Work/life happens. Did my best to call DURING my appointment window and after but to no avail. Might do good work but terrible understanding of life/work obligations that take priority.

I had the most wonderful experience with Alteration Central for my wedding dress alterations! She took me on last minute with a very short time crunch and still managed to finish earlier than expected. The result? My dress was absolutely PERFECT. Her expertise and attention to detail were evident in every stitch.
Throughout the entire process, Tina was polite, very kind, and extremely professional. She made me feel completely at ease during what could have been a very stressful time. I am beyond grateful for her incredible work and dedication. If you're looking for a top-notch seamstress for your special day, look no further. Five stars all the way!

The women on the phone was very rude. I was describing my needs and she refused for me to bring in the clothing item to get a decent estimate. Just hears the word wedding and throws out a large number. My alterations needed are very minor. When I asked if she would be able to look at it she said no, quotes over the phone only and if the price is too much then shop around. The money isn’t the issue but the tone is everything. No thanks! Maybe was just having a bad day ?♀️

Tina is excellent at what she does! I took in 2 pairs of linen pants that the elastic had disintegrated. She fixed them up at a very reasonable price. Thanks Tina!

I purchased this dress for a red carpet event. It was a complicated dress with a long train. The owner was able to hem the dress and add a gorgeous loop onto the dress so I could wear the loop on my wrist to life the dress up while I was walking. I didn't give a lot of notice. She was able to fit me in and the results are below. I know there are good and bad reviews . I had a great experience. However she is not the cheapest in town. The cost of the alternation was twice the cost of the dress. It was worth it for me because not every seamstress could work with a complicated dress. I was required to pay upfront. The Hudson's is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. The owner cares about her work
