These guys are really proud of their second-hand junk, and the people who work there act like they're too good to even be dealing with their customers. They literally want more money for their USED guns than the actual gun shops want for the exact same models NEW. I've been in here a total of 4 times, years apart from each other, but I'm done with this company. Save yourself some money and just buy NEW stuff, because you won't be paying any more for it, and it won't be torn up and on its last leg.

Andrew was extremely helpful and fair. Also had some laughs and good conversation as we checked out. This was my first experience with any pawn shop. I left with a handsome payment! I also gained a bunch of new knowledge about pawn shops and what they can do for you. Thank you guys I'll absolutely be back and recommend to anyone who asks!

I purchased a ring for 1K less than a year ago. I was told it came with a lifetime warranty. I recently went in to have some work done on it because the diamond fell out. I had the diamond and needed it repaired. I was told they changed ownership and will not give us a warranty. I will never buy from them again even though I have used them many times in the past.

My name is Moose. I’m writing a review for the sales associate that helped me out on Friday, Jan. 26th. His name is Albert Yuan. If I could leave a 10 star review, I would.He took the time to help me look through the firearms selection, and as I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted, he used his knowledge of firearms to help educate me on a few things. Not common knowledge, but absolutely practical knowledge that will help me in the future.I ended up getting the Canik M/SFX w/. Optics included, at a smoking price! These guys don’t play around. Their guns are absolutely aggressively priced to go! I told Albert that I will be purchasing my next 2 firearms there as well. A shotgun, and an AR, both of which they had a great selection of.In closing, Albert’s the man, the myth, the legend, that helped me out, and because of him, I’ll be back! Thank you!

Today I walked in with an all that glitters Giftcard and they said it was no good cause it’s under new ownership there was 280.00 on the card . I feel ripped off. What a slap to the face to sell a bunch of gift cards and not honor them.
