This store advertises saving 3.00 when you buy 2 packs of Marlboro. Each at 9.23 per pack, when using the 7 eleven app. I saw the advertisement as I was leaving. I was charged 21.46 for the two. When you add the 3.00 savings it appears the 3.00 was added on to the total before ringing up the purchase. Then after paying, the cashier mumbled something in his India language. I believe it was, pay better attention, I'm getting over on you. I don't think I'll shop this store again due to dishonest practices! Id really like the owners number!

Extremely rude employee, old food on a nasty dirty grill that obviously hasn't been cleaned in a miiiiin. Not the first time either, I won't be returning to this location, it's a piss poor example of a store.

The employees cancel out rewards and don't honor any kind of deal without some sort of disagreement... Keep a close eye on them after you enter your phone number they will push a button really quick and bypass it. And the employees are constantly on there phones its difficult asking them a question because well they are on the phone.Will not be stopping at this one anymore. If I could give no stars I would .

While trying to grab mustard from the stand for the hotdogs, I mentioned to the cashier that the mustard wasn’t pumping correctly. He suggested I try a packet, which is a great idea. If my other hand wasn’t in a cast, I asked him how do you expect me to do that And he said use your hand. Mind you I’m holding the casted hand up in front of him. He then suggested I use my teeth. Let’s all recall that this is due to the fact that they haven’t cleaned the mustard pump, which is the simple suggestion provided.

I just watched the employee behind the counter pick a zit off his forehead, look at whatever came out/off, then blow it off ?This was after he spent the entire time I was in the store (other people were in there too) talking to someone on his Air-pods in a foreign language (not English or Spanish)Also after thinking my boyfriend for the purchase I made…yah. Not going back as long as that gross, rude person is still there.And no, I will not be reaching out to discuss this further. There is nothing to discuss. Do something about disgusting and rude employee behavior, or don’t; you don’t need anything else from me.

The guy behind the counter on 04/15/23 could teach a masterclass in how to be unfriendly to customers. No greeting when I came in, even though no one else was there. Couldn't be bothered to even pause his personal call (via the ear buds he had in). No thanks, or come again. This store used to be the best 7-11 around. Not sure what happened, but I will never come back again.

this used to be my favorite 7-11 but the guy who owns it now is so rude all the time so I would avoid this location if you can. money order machine is broken too if anyone was wondering.

Used to be the best 711 around. New owners or something, ice machine has been broken for months, etc. All the friendly staff are gone too.
