The morning and late night crews are super rude. They intentionally skip past options to use reward points. Idk, man. I go there cuz it's close; but if I had another option I'd never return. Half of em don't even wear masks- even when handling hot foods.

I come to this establishment every morning before I go to my job. The older man that works here every morning as well DOES NOT know what he’s doing! He over charges SO CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!There was also a lady this morning same time working that man THREW my change at me,I thought it was funny till she forgot my 10$ she owed me. In conclusion I got my right amount of change but it was with unnecessary attitude HORRIBLE customer service!I would give 0 stars if I could!I’m requesting better Management or sadly I’m switching to Another more better one on 82rd!I’ll keep ya updated

I am honestly quite disturbed by a story my grandma told me tonight of an encounter she had with one of these cashiers... my grandma is a very sweet little lady and she is scared and uncomfortable now to go to this location by herself. She told me that she was in line buying her cigarettes, she was in front of a line of people, she recalled the line was long but she wasn't taking her time or anything. She stated the man working threw the cigarettes at her and they fell on the ground in front of her. She said she was quite embarrassed in front of all the people in line but picked up her cigarettes and left without a word. My grandma goes to this 7/11 four times a week and now hasn't been there in a month because of this incident.

Very rude lady who runs it. I drove for 40m to get to this area to do a job on-location outside. I went in just to use the restroom. I walked right by her. There was no sign on the door that said “customers only” and it was unlocked. I left it as I found it. Afterward she yelled at me for using it. Bad experience overall.

I go here often. Almost every single night. I know some of the night time employees just from going in here so much. I love everything about this spot. They got deals. Its never packed. Employees are quick to get you checked out. And I hardly ever see tweakers out in front. What more could you ask for? Feeling stressed out? May i suggest the coco covered almonds that 7-11 offers through there own brand? You'll thank me later.

The store has recently been remodeled inside. Someone bought the store in early December.
The new Management and staff are amazing!

I love 7 eleven and I go to one by my place and the people are awesome. But this location irritated me, they lady working was letting the people run their dog around in the store and it kept barking and running up on me as if it was about to bite me. Nobody did anything the clerk didn't say a word and the people just laughed and kept saying sorry. Like seriously this night has already been long I do not need a dog running up on me in the middle of store.

the people who work here normally are absolutely amazing! I don't know who these new guys are that showed up after the remodel but they are risking everybody's lives not wearing their masks properly. Shame on you.
