This place routinely breaks the law by not honoring the prices that are listed on the shelf. Reminder to management: this is illegal. Other reviews confirm that this isn't an isolated incident. This 711 regularly overcharges its customers and it routinely shows prices that are far lower than they will ring up at the register. Literally criminals.

I have mixed feelings about this 7-11. Mainly bad feelings but still some good. Ive never had the employees be rude towards me, but there is a transgender who works the counter and gets very offended if someone uses the “wrong” pronoun even though he is obviously a man and even admitted to me he felt on the verge of killing someone some nights when he gets pissed about it. Granted, it is rude to blatantly disrespect someone wishes but not ok to overreact and call customers bigots and all kinds of names. Ive felt unsafe in the parking lot as they allow tweakers and homeless to hang around outside, and they never seem to restock different flavors of beer. Other than that its a clean store and easy in and out.

Would avoid this place. While browsing around, I witnessed the owner act racist and extremely confrontational towards individuals from a company and threatened to overcharge them.

While I was in my work vehicle today that was no longer accessible to drive the only place that I could safely Park was the handicap position as I was told by my dispatch to take my lunch there I did I drive public transportation and at that point had no other place I could move the vehicle while I waited for my supervisor to return and address the issue without even a conversation a man came out I assumed as the owner and started taking photos threatening that he was going to get a fine from the garbage company for my vehicle being in the way of the garbage can and saying that he was going to send the bill to my company (trimet) lol. Didn't even try to strike a conversation or explain anything to me just came out very aggressive taking a bunch of photos and threatening me! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior! He should NOT BE in that kind of position. Rude and aggressive doesn't make anything work, grow up!

First off I want to preface this review and say Yes I have already reported this store to corporate and I'm considering reporting a health violation at this point, I went inside the store a few days ago and you know when you go inside a 7-Eleven you don't expect the best quality or that you will find the best most expensive stuff, but what you don't expect is ants. Over by the soda machine there were several ants all around the soda and cups area, absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately I realized it after the fact when I placed down an item to fill the soda into the cup, not to mention the soda was absolutely flat and just gross knowing the ants were probably in the soda dispenser. Just total ignorance from management and everyone in general, I know it's probably not going to change after this review but the quality there is at least 5 times worse than the 7-Eleven up the road next to the Fred Meyers. Skip this place.

Whoever the man is that was working the night shift tonight (from 04.23.22 - 04.24.22) was the most helpful and kind person I’ve ran into in a long time. I am a young girl who was put into a very dangerous situation tonight and this man helped me calm down and get everything figured out so i could get home. If it weren’t for him i would have been alone on the streets at 1am -2:30am. This man deserves an insane amount of recognition, a raise, and whatever else available. He 100% saved my life tonight.

Trash they keep buns in a bag from winco and think that's okay obviously. This location is at the end of the max in Milwaukie and tweakers constantly frequent the store.... why would I ever want to eat out of a open bag of hotdog buns from winco.... completely unsanitary and inconsiderate.to boot i came in at night and recently came after they had delivery of cold goods. Walked by and went to grab a sandwich that was warm and never put in the cooler in time.. They don't care about food safety at this location please avoid like the plague if you dont wish to become sick. Will never return.

Absolutely dangerous and disgusting plaice. Always thugs and tweakers out front. Always people sizing you up like they’re going to rob you. I’ve seen as many as 5 people sleeping and high on the sidewalk. It’s a disaster and an eye sore. The community should shut it down. Milwaukie citizens contact your civil leaders and clean that corner up.

DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE PANHANDLERS AND HOMELESS begging, I work hard, everybody is suffering, give one a dollar, give everybody a dollar, you are a business, I am a paying customer, hate going to that place now, I told clerk, and of course nothing happens. Real bad scene there.

When I was there on 12-28-21 just before 5:00 PM, the male clerk was not enforcing the mask mandate. He was allowing and waiting on customers in the store without masks.I was at this same store at 4:22 PM on Friday 12-31-21. I counted 4 customers in the store not wearing masks. I decided my health was too important to risk going inside, so I went to another store. It is extremely disrespectful to not care enough about the safety of your customer to enforce the mask mandate.

On 8/22/21, I purchased 1/2 pint of Haagen Dazs ice cream. Although it hadn't expired it wasn't fresh; it was icy as if it had been thawed and then refrozen. So, on 8/23/21, I took it back for a refund.At first my request for refund was ignored as I was told to "exchange it." Then I firmly stated, "I want a refund please." There were three Latino/Hispanic employees, all speaking Spanish, ignoring me, which was very RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. One of the store clerks snapped at me, "I'm giving you back your refund," when I inquired what was going on, because no one had explained anything to me.My point: EVERY customer that walks through the doors of your 7-11 should feel valued and be TREATED w/RESPECT and COMMON COURTESY. Don't assume every patron speaks Spanish! You lost a customer and I'll also inform every other INTELLIGENT Native Black American to never, ever shop at this 7-11.
