They continue to pump my gas for me. That's great especially during the winter that just passed it. I don't have to get outside my car. I noticed all other nearby gas stations stop doing that. the gas is that same price as dino gas if not just 10 cents more

Tyler, the manager is not helpful at all. Unfortunately, this morning, I only had my phone to pay with. And when I asked Tyler, if they except tap to pay, he rudely told me no. Then when I asked him they excepted any form of contactless payments. He ignored me. Well, unfortunately, I still needed gas so I asked another one of his associates and he was more than happy to help me with tap to pay inside of the gas station. I don’t know why some people take out their anger and frustrations on the customers. Tyler, please remember to leave your problems at home. They are not for me to deal. None of your customers should have to put up with your attitude..

On 9-23-22 at 12:40pm I went to put gas like I always do so I can use my rewards. 3 employees didn't know what i was talking about, I have paid debt card inside without any issue and the employees were telling me that they cannot do that unless I had another way to pay... and was questioning me if I had money to pay!!!!!! I have used that gas station so Many times and never in my life have I seen so many incompetent rude employees! They just didn't even want to try all they did was give the same reason over and kept asking if I had money to pay for it. I had money for it because I filled up both of my tanks. If possible I would do -5 stars for bad customer service!

Sometimes, the attendant is ok, but 9/17/22 there was a guy there that shouldn't work there. I came in with 5 cans to fill (and my car) and he spilled fuel on every can, once sprayed MY fuel all over the ground! No apologies, not friendly, basically ignored me and my request for 5 gallons in each can. He was insistent that he put my credit card in, but I didn't want him to touch my card. The other guy there, milton, watched him spill fuel on the ground too, and didn't say a thing!From the looks of the rest of these reviews, it's apparent the owner obviously doesn't care about customer service!! Someone else should take this place over and make something good out of it.

The gas attendant that’s a short person is always super rude literally every single time we are there. Also multiple different times I have gone for gas and we were told they can’t pump gas for 30 minutes whenever they are changing shifts? I would love to make sure the owner knows that. Also at 6:15 at night I was told they close at 7 and pumps are already shut down and I couldn’t get gas. I go here to fill up and you are loosing insane amounts of sales. Awful service, I have never experienced any of these situations at any other gas station or chevron.

Rude girl was slow and glared while basically ignoring me. I have not been back. She kept my change and then lied about it. Wanted to teach her some manners, since her mama didn't. But I didn't stoop to her level.

Employee 2/27/2021 8:30 am comes within 2ft of window without a mask. Asked for him to use mask he said he did not need one he was outside. But breathing in my window. Told me go get gas somewhere else. He is probably not wearing mask when inside either. This is not 1st time this guy did not have a mask, last time a masked employee helped me.

This place is a joke chris young the manager has no business running a gas station, he has no respect for the employees that work hard the lazy employees get away with everything, save yourselves the time and get your gas and fuel at wayside market down the road.

They have their bathroom locked because of the virus. You can use the bathroom down the street at Safeway. I would say this is completely ridiculous

Love this gas station all the employees are amazing they know how to make you laugh. They get to you as fast as they can. Overall the customer service is great!

Donavan provided worst service ever , I was the only car at the station at 810am ,it took him 5 minutes to come out. I thought it was after hours i went to pump my own fuel, inserted credit card was approved then Donavan came out saying this is Oregon buddy, you ain't pumping fuel here. I said that i thought they were after hours as no one came out to help. He then started to argue and insult my wife of 35 years. At that point i told Donavan to stop the pump, and we left. I do not know what Donavan was doing this morning when we pulled into the station?, but i do know he was not helping any customers as we were the only ones there. My wife and I have been loyal customers but I assure you that has changed thanks to Donavan !.
