“Absolutely 5 points!!! Simple, beautiful rooms, nice, helpful hosts, good breakfast, super quiet location. From there you can quickly reach the lava beds, watch birds or go on short hikes. We also saw two coyotes.”
“This is an old-school family-run motel, not a chain motel. It's a bit ragged around the edges, but a very good value for the money. TV has only about five channels, and the wi-fi works only in the rooms near the office, according to Christina, who was extremely helpful and accommodating. We called late in the day for a reservation for that night, and she made it work. The room has a tiny kitchen, with a real stove, not a microwave, and a full-size refrigerator. It's like your tiny apartment away from home. The place is clean, and a great place to stay in Tule Lake.”

Particularly appreciated minisplit AC so rooms cool but no noise from compressor which is outside, out back. Appreciated ceiling fan.
