Today I participated in MBZ Parts first online live auction. I won the auction on NOS headlamps before the auction closed. The auction closed with me as the high bidder. After the aution was closed, MBZ Parts accepted a higher bid than my $556.00 bid from someone else. I have a screenshot of my winning bid. This is very wrong.

Customer Service, Job One! I recently purchased a classic MB, aka money pit at the prompting of my daughter who would rather have a classic than a new car. Fortunately for me, this 78 Benz, is a lot less than most new cars. The challenge of course, is finding a trusted mechanic(s) and parts distributor for hard to find, parts. Enter MBZ. I googled, I connected and although I did not have an immediate order, the team at MBZ treated me as a repeat customer and went above and beyond by providing referrals for specialized service in my State, not theirs. I'm in touch w their recommendations and will cherry be ordering my specialized parts from MBZ. Kudos to the team at MBZ!

So lucky to have found this place. They had a rebuilt head for my 82 300d and offered to put it in for a very reasonable price. It’s hard to find a shop as professional these days. Highly recommended.

I love this place. The sales people and mechanics are professional, straightforward and really easy to talk to. There was gonna be a delay on a couple parts for the engine rebuild of my '83 300TD; they gave me plenty of heads up and were great about keeping me in the loop. The work was well done and prompt. I'll definitely go back to these folks to keep my sweet old buddy purring along.

The experience I had was very good. Trying to find the correct calipers for my w116 they were the only ones left who stocked the correct caliper for the 22mm wide rotors. The rest of the calipers for the w116 are for the thin 10mm. Thank you Alix for your help!

I am rating this organization as 5 Stars, without question. I am a long time repeat customer, never dissatisfied. Why do I seek them out? I have 3 MBZ's, one is a 1981 Mercedes 300SD so getting what I need for my turbo diesel is pretty simple. New or used, whatever. In the span of years I've done business with them I need to clarify for others.....I'm in Southern California, 1,200 miles south of their site in Oregon. They provide me with options (new or used) I can't get as easy here in SoCal.
