My dog was diagnosed with a thyroid issue and the gave her too high of a dosage. They wouldn't listen to me when I said there was something wrong. She ended up having a bad seizure and dying. She was only 5 years old.

I don’t give out 1 star reviews unless it’s really warranted. I’ve been a client here for awhile now. The past 2 times I’ve made appointments have been awful. First they cancelled an appointment and didn’t even tell me and this last time, just a few weeks ago, I went in for my dogs appointment that I waited almost a month for that was scheduled for 2pm. I arrived 5 minutes early and was promptly shown to a waiting room. The assistant told me the doctor was still at lunch and would be returning soonish. Ok, I get that they need to eat so no problem. 2:30pm rolls around and no one has shown up in our room or even checked on us. I hear through the door that another patient just arrived and she told them the same thing about the doctor being at lunch!! At this point my dog is freaking out being stuck in this room and I’m getting upset. Finally at 2:50pm I’m over it and walk out to leave. A different assistant asked me how my appointment was and I told her I never had it. Then she tells me the vet is in a consultation. Like that is suppose to excuse the fact that it’s been almost an hour of me waiting with a now freaked out dog that no one bothered to check on?!? I’ll take my dog elsewhere where they actually care about their patients.

This place is fantastic! I love everyone here because they take such great care of my furry little friends! I have had several animals get neutered here without any problems. I never had any problems with paperwork or scheduling an appointment. I was able to get some dog ibuprofen for our senior dog with joint problems when he needed it. They always make me feel like my animals are in good hands. The vets are very knowledgeable and kind, and their assistants are also very sweet and professional.

Worst vet ever gave my dogmedication that caused seizures never informed me it was a possible side effect. I did not fully know till I started doing research on medicationBy the way medication is Next Guard after confronting them they took no responsibility if you go there they will leave you waiting in room over an hour with an appointment now doctor tells me there’s nothing more he can do for my dog after giving him one medication and he still has seizuresI have never had a vet give up on an animal horribleExperience ever my poor dog can never have a normal life againI WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!

No help with getting my dogs and cats back that were litereralky stolen from me because of my vehicle being impounded. Animals were in the car and animal control took them and failed to inform me that I only had 6 days to come up with the 480 necessary to get them back!!!

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the techs were great and we came in and our dog got her vaccine right away , then had her blood drawn ..Then we were waiting for the Dr to do her exam (she was just in for an exam 2 months prior) we proceeded to wait 45 mins and when we went out to see what was taking so long as we already had finished everything up besides the exam she said she's sorry but the Dr is very busy ..Meanwhile he was standing behind her in the office eating cheetos ..This place sucks don't go here they care nothing about your time ..Aldo Dr Hogg is very impersonal with the dogs ,he made no effort to pet my dog or say hi to her and make her comfortable with him before he did her exam which I hate ..My last vet in Arizona would sit on the ground with her and love on her for several minutes before she did the exam .All the good reviews this place has are from years ago if you read the more recent reviews there all bad even one about a 6 month old dog dying due to neglect during a spay !

They are really good. They took my old dog in and were so kind and the doc really knew his stuff. We had a great conversation. My dog will get at least a few more weeks of comfort thanks to them. They are good at evaluating a situation and knowing when things are urgent and making time. I really appreciate this place. Give them a chance I'm sure you will too.
