I got the $10 car wash. The attendant pre rinsed my car as I drove away from the past station. Once I pulled up to the mouth of the carwash itself another attendant used a soapy brush & power spray on my car before I even started the wash. Great service. Price was great & they have FREE vacuums. Plus they offer clean towels & cleaning spray that you can use for free. I definitely recommend this carwash. It's well worth the money

Old equipment and whatever holds your front tire on track once you are in neutral, totally scratched my front rim. So angry. New car.

These guys were awesome! I believe the main guy we worked with was Chris and he was AMAZING! I had flown to Medford from out of state to purchase a vehicle and when we bought the car it was filthy (long story). They helped me get it cleaned up so I could drive it back home and feel good about my purchase. They were kind, thorough, and did a GREAT JOB!! If we lived closer we definitely would use them again!! Thanks guys for helping us out!

Please, Please be aware!!! Don't give this business your credit card. They have someone taking your credit card number and making online charges. So disappointing. Be careful.

I like this place. I get the unlimited washes even if I don't use them, and the always-on vacuums are a lifesaver. Had a takeout lunch blow up on me and rice was everywhere... no problem.

Crater car washes are pretty good car washes I have the monthly membership and I think it is a good deal.

Quick, staff is respectful. Great air freshener scents. I would highly recommend the premium wash. It has a ceramic duraguard that helps rain water bead up and fall off the windows in storms.

I drive my vehicle through this car wash three times a week or so and today for the first time was told that they cannot wash my SUV with a roof rack on it. I’ve been washing my vehicle here for about six months now and now they want to tell me that I can’t get my car washed here anymore.

They told me their old car wash wouldn’t scratch my wheel but sure enough it did ? the staff was abunch of bros who couldn’t careless about my cars damage I left with out a refund or a decent apology. I will not return or suggest this place again to anyone

This business is no longer in operation. Yet they continue to withdraw monthly fees from my bank account. They closed w/o warning to customers.
