“Mixed review. For the most part great boutique, I've only shopped online since I'm not close to their store front. But in the last month they've dropped the ball on fully addressing my issues with a product not on the app, rewards trying to be used and sezzle (not a sezzle issue, a boutique issue). I had two different post conversations that never got fully addressed. The first conversation, one of the workers tagged a couple people multiple times for help and no response. The second conversation, I actually got to talk with the owner but she gave me general responses without solving my problem. I'm super bummed because this isn't their norm but I buy a lot of wanakome from them, they're not cheap lol but feel I may need to move on.”

“Kohl's was great there employees went out of their way to help me with a dress up DIY costume she needed for her 3rd grade class for spirit week. She was dressing up like Caroline.. but we needed to get a yellow rain coat as well a yellow rain books but we did get the rain coat for $9.99 which was a good. I really felt happy about the service which will keep me coming back. The only bad thing was there air conditioning was broken and it was ???????”

“I had the worst experience at David's Bridal they ruined my dress not once but twice than wouldnt return or exchange it. I went to Vivis fashion 3 weeks before my wedding and found the most beautiful dress that fit me like a glove. The owner was amazing and so helpful. I'm so happy and thankful I found her and my dress.”

“They have a good product. I got a new coat because I lost so much weight. I was wearing my old jacket at the time. They didn't bother to tell me at the time that I could have turned in my old coat for a discount on the new one so I had to pay the full price $100. Otherwise it would have been five star.”

“They don't advertise like other big stores. The result, low prices for great items. As a toy collector, this place can be a gold mine. So many other quality things such as clothes, rugs, holiday decorations, shelves, art supplies, chairs, and kitchenware. Friendly and helpful staff. Casual atmosphere. I still dig other big stores like Target and Walmart, but Ross is now my "go to" store. They get new stuff out daily. Glad I don't live next door! I'd be there all the time!”

“I wanted to buy some jeans but it was close to closing time. The staff there was so nice and were willing to stay a few minutes after closing to help me. I worked with Payton who was so sweet and fantastic! I would recommend anyone needing a pair of jeans to go there and request working with her. This girl should get a raise!!”
