There are far too many wonderful things I can say about Will. As a first-time buyer, it was such a relief to work with someone with such a good sense of humor, heart, and professionalism. He believed that my partner and I would buy our first home through an FHA loan more than we did! Not only was Will knowledgeable, tenacious, and patient, he was also hands-on. There were a few repairs needed on our new home before it would finance. Will spent a day with my partner and me, painting and working without complaint. After trying to buy a home in Portland and struggling to feel heard by agents as a first-time homebuyer, Will was a breath of fresh air. While we don't plan on selling our gorgeous home anytime soon, I know who we'll be calling when the time comes. Thanks again, Will!

Will Brake was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. He made everything easy to navigate and was always available and helpful throughout the process. He was professional, knowledgable, and very personable. He understood what we were looking for and didn't waste our time looking at homes that did not fit our needs. Will Brake is the absolutely the best! He was thorough and professional and great to work with. He was honest, professional and friendly. Will was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at any time. We are planning to use Will again when we sell our house in the next few months. If you are looking for an all around great broker for either buying or selling Will should be your go to guy.
