Everyone at West Main Animal Hospital is so loving and caring of Rosie. I get the best and most thorough explanation of what she needs for her to remain healthy along with the choices and results. I love everyone there and so does Rosie!

We started with West Main 9 years ago when we got our pug as a puppy, we’ve always received excellent service and when I ask if they will take another animal to our family zoo(lol) they always respond positively. I recommend them regularly, as friends often ask where to go. Prices are in keeping with the rest of the valley, so not cheap but definitely valuable!

I got my precious Sydney when he was 7 weeks old, I took him to a vet, close to my home, HE MISSED VERY IMPORTANT ISSUES MY PUP HAD< I later took him to West Main Hospital, he will be 7 yrs old soon, I would NOT take him anyway else, I am a disabled senior and reply on my caregiver to take me and Sydney to the Vet's after our last visit, my caregiver mentioned she was going to start taking her pets to West Main Animal Hospital.

Excellent customer service, and sweet caring medical service for "Bali", my Calico cat. Very thorough exam and conversation with with Dr Tegarden ="Best Vet in Town" per local voting. They are taking new patients. 2 Vets on staff both excellent per word of mouth.

West Main Animal Hospital is wonderful. They always treat our pets and my husband and I with kindness and compassion. Dr. Deb Teagarden is wonderful. We drive there from Ashland. That is a big deal since our dog gets car sick.???

The doctors and the staff at West Main Animal Hospital are very knowledgeable and are always very gentle and compasionate for our pets. Could not pick a better veterinary clinic to care for your pets!

West Main Animal Hospital was very kind to my dogs and to us humans as well! They were timely, and Dr. Diane Wittenberg gave one of the most complete examinations and assessments our 11-year-old dogs had ever had! She explained everything very well and answered all our questions, even giving a follow up phone call after labs came back. Their treatment plans made sense and are clear to follow. I feel very comfortable with their care and I look forward to continuing our care with West Main. I strongly recommend them.

I have had six pets who've been patients at West Main Animal Hospital since 2012. Their level of medical care, efficiency, and personalized service is incomparable. Debbie Tegarden, DVM, is a leader with heart and her staff reflects the care and warmth she has for her patients and families. I always feel at home and confident in the services, follow-up, and advice I receive from every one of the staff members. Exceptional!

I wish they were more up front about the price of re-check ups. I had no idea when my cat was scheduled for a re-check that it was $12 cheaper than an appointment ($72). So I paid $60 for the vet to tell me the medicine they prescribed worked after 2 weeks. It could have been a phone call but they wanted their money. If I had known before hand when they scheduled my cat I wouldn't be so
confused. I was worried about her upcoming appointment for a booster shot also costing $60 plus the vaccine but apparently I would just being paying for the shot because no vet is seen. They need to be more transparent about these things because overall the entire 2 visits costed me $300... which was mostly from the visit fee and recheck fees. Ridiculous and my partner and I will not be keeping our cat as a patient. Edited to add: neither the vet nor technician told me about any savings plans. The lady at the reception did not either. And when I called to cancel the booster appointment the receptionis was somewhat standoffish and also told me nothing about a care plan.
