I had a appointment today with Ian to make changes to my account. Ian helped me with the changes and got me out in 15 min. He was very professional and nice. Thanks Ian.

Why wont a bank take $5.00 in quarters????? One day they do one day they dont very inconsistent. Thought was a full service friendly bank, guess I am wrong.

Wells is the worst. Walked in 15min before closing wanting to open a savings account. They treated me like I was asking for mountains to be moved and directed me to online services. I guess I was hoping for a lil accommodation considering I've had a wells checking account for decades. Credit union here I come!

Went in with my mom to get some help on changeing her address. Plus she just moved her. We went to the first teller he can change the address . He told us the ones on the floor people can help us. About 10 mins later the guy that worked in one of the cubicles. Came out to see if we needing help. Then a another gentleman walked up. The guy that was working in the cubicle told us to hold on.

I have conducted business with Wells Fargo Bank for more than 20 years. I just recently closed an escrow on a new home for investment purposes. Glenn Luque and his team did an excellent job on the transaction and closed it to the day on time. Over the years I have had the pleasure to work with Wells Fargo Bank and have found them to be an excellent partner for our real estate lending and banking needs.

Wells Fargo all around is the worst bank to bank at but this branch in particular has employees that don’t know how to do there job. Be very careful and triple check or you’ll end up like me. I recently closed my account and was told I wasn’t allowed to withdraw my funds until my transaction posted but they would put a transition to close so that once everything had posted my account would close. I asked the person helping me when I could go back in and withdraw my funds he said more than likely the next day. I went back the next day and when I get there it shows my bank account at zero. They told me that they had sent me a check and I won’t get it for another 15-20 days. I needed that money now. The only thing they told me is that sometimes accounts close fast and other times it takes longer and mine just so happened to close in less than 24hrs. As a professional, if you know that an account can close that fast why wouldn’t you disclose that to your customer? And at no time was I told I would be sent a check. It was made very very clear that I could go in and withdraw my funds. I was clearly very upset as I said I needed my funds the day before and now have to wait 2 weeks and if it doesn’t arrive within the time frame to go back and see if they could look for it in there system. Whatever that means. Over all the person helping me and the manager were very unprofessional and not helpful at all. They really don’t know what they are doing. Be careful.

Worst bank I've ever been to. Depressing atmosphere, rude staff and the most slow people ever. It took them hours just to open a debit card and the guy was rude to my poor mother. My mom said she was going to the bathroom to the employee man we were working with, she looked around for a long time then came back and asked the man where the restroom is and he said it's at the bagel shop across the street!!! Talk about rude and lazy! He knew exactly what my mom was doing and couldn't care enough to tell my mom there is no bathroom in the store. My mom walked around helplessly. They are SOOOO slow and take forever to do the most simple tasks and had the worst experience over the phone. They act like they have no idea what they're doing. I could do a better job. Don't waste your time here.

Wells Fargo Bank has changed quite a bit in the last several years. Their customer service seems just okay. And I would encourage you to review your dealings with them carefully..If you can find a good branch office, with some dependable employees, give them a try!

Wow! Went in to pay my mortgage payment. Teller asked for a debit card, told her I don't bank with Wells Fargo, as the check I had given her clearly showed. She then asked for my date of birth. I responded with " did not know it would be so difficult to give Wells Fargo my money!" She stated she was a new teller. Then another teller came over to help her. Maybe some more training for Jenn, or another teller that has been there for a while to shadow her.

I don't go into a branch often but when I do it's to get quarters for laundry, the previous time I was there the teller had made some not polite remarks about the coin op laundry that I did not appreciate. This most recent visit though, they had a shortage of coins. I asked if I could still get some quarters so I could do laundry I was told I could only get 3 rolls, frustrating but fine. As I'm walking away I heard the teller next to the one I was working with, tell a customer that I should be happy because she made an exception allowing me to have 3 rolls, I was only supposed to be allowed one. I was frustrated with the coin shortage, but there is no reason to make comments about me being "lucky" they made an exception when I had no way of knowing, and then to mention it to another customer as if I'm the bad guy for asking for quarters to do laundry. If I'm only allowed one then only allow me to withdraw one and don't give me a hard time about exceptions this was both a frustrating and belittling trip to the bank. I do not look forward to future visits.
