So being a senior citizen, sometimes I have to take my account down to the bare minimum. In the last 3 months I have had 3 charges come out of my checking account that were fraudulant. All 3 times Wells Fargo caught it. Today, I went in and I knew I had one more bill for 5.99 to come out and then would have 6 dollars to work with. I needed the money and felt embarrassed because it was only 6 dollars that I was going to take out. I started a conversation with a woman who I thought was just a teller. We talked about my 12 grandchildren and how everyone today was in the same financial situation. I found out her name was Erin and turns out she was the bank manager. By the time I left I didn't feel so embarrassed and she even gave me a bunch of suckers for the grandkids! Kudos to Wells Fargo for making her Manager. She was so positive and understanding, I'm sure she is just as kind to her employees. It's no wonder I have been using them for my banking needs for the last 9 years and you can darn well bet I will be using them for many more! Thank you again Erin for being such a kind person!

Tellers need training!! As a business owner, I can't believe a Merchant teller doesn't understand how to count a stack of bills, then make 4 separate deposits without splitting the money down to bills and coins for each deposit! Other WF bank tellers understand.
Also, being friendly is fine, but chit chat with non merchant customers is rude to other customers waiting in line.

The service is great. No matter the teller I've gotten they are super friendly and helpful. This would be a five star bank if not for two things, the parking lot is tough. It's on a busy road and the left turn in is kinda awkward. Second reason, the wait. This branch does not give enough staff for the amount of business done here and my hats off to the tellers for making the best of it every day. You the real MVPs. I'll definitely keep going.

I don't bank here, but my step daughter does. So when we send her $ we just do a money order and put it into her account. I normally just do the drive through, the guy that does it is so nice and helpful.

The customer service here is awful and has gone down hill so badly.One of the employees named Kathleen at the bank on Riverside is always rude everytime I go there.Today she kept spelling Property wrong,she kept spelling it "Proprty" and when I asked her to spell it right she refused and then spelled it "Proprties" and treated me as if I was the d*** one and continued to spell it wrong..I can only imagine how many other people got a cashiers check or money orders with whatever they have written in the memo spelled wrong..If i can avoid it I wont be going back there since the experience everytime i go there is getting worse and worse.

Hello can you please have your employee/manager park thier black Tahoe on the side and not up front in the middle.It's very inconvenient having it parked there, where all the customers park.I understand you want to look at it and make sure it's safe but thats no place for an employees car.Thanks.A Wells Fargo Customer of 20+ years.

My wife and I wanted to open an account and was told we had to make appointments to open an account so the next morning we showed up and they kept giving us to run that there was no appointments listed for us to open an account and we spoke to Erin Corrilo the branch manager to setup a account online because it would be faster and if we're having issues she'll help us set one up the next morning and around 9:30am we called and they said they we're busy and that she would call us back...well two hours go by and no phone call so my wife called twice and it went to voice mail so then I called with a different phone number and sure enough she answered and we got the same excuse I guess having us as a customer isn't worthy enough to open a six figure checking account and a 10k savings account for our little girl for college isn't worth your time...thanks but no thanks

Had appointment scheduled for 1300. Arrived at 1245. The woman told the customer service gentleman that his 1300 was here. He was irritated saying, "I'm going to lunch". He came over and rushed the transaction. I wanted to close out my accounts and pay off my loan (using the money in accounts). He closed my two accounts, BUT REFUSED to pay off my loan. He claimed I had to call and ask for payoff and then do it myself. He rushed me out and even took his lunch right after transaction. He, literally, followed me out the door and sped away. Well guess what?? I called for payout (which the representative on the phone said they DON'T DO!) so HE LIED TO ME AT BRANCH!! And the representative on phone told me paying it off could HAVE BEEN DONE AT THE BRANCH!! I had an hour appointment scheduled, but he was dismissive, abrasive, and too busy worried about leaving for lunch!! Poor customer service was the whole reason I was leaving this bank and now I'm glad I'm no longer a customer!!! Horrible employees!!
