“Several weeks ago I had a customer service problem but I am here to tell you that the store manager, Brett Whitson was THE MOST responsive person I have ever encountered when sharing the experience. Not only did he take care of me as though I had spent a million dollars there but when I came back to pick up my jewelry, he remembered my name, again made me feel like I was the most special customer he has and then polished and checked my rings for me. I had been searching for someone to replace my retired jeweler and I have found the place. Brett offers the kind of customer service we are all looking for. Honest, reliable and true to his word.”
