You cannot ask for a better banking experience than WaFd on Biddle Rd. in Medford, Oregon. Both Personal Bankers are very personable and helpful. If you're banking where you're not recognized or appreciated, I would encourage you to check outthis branch.

Terrible bank!! Dont go to a bank who has changed names multiple times, plz guys go to a real bank. They do not want to help their so called " customers " my mom passed away they would not do anything to help. They dont even deserve a star on here. I brought in the right doc and still would not help me out, i went to a real bank and they help me. But not this bank, plz i advice u go some where else but here. They dont care about their customers, they are stuck up snobs. they dont try to work with you they dont care, they are not helpful, they are just there to be there, and collect a pay check. Plz guys plz
