I used to go here once a week to get a car wash and vacuum my car. Recently had a cargo box installed and obviously couldn't go thru the wash. Went a couple more times to use the vacuums and someone walked up to me telling me that the manager said the vacuums are only for customers. Um, what?? There was literally one other person there vacuuming and I was so confused. I stated that I get car washes all the time but can’t today because of the rooftop box. And he repeatedly kept telling me that it’s the managers decision. But of course no manager there for me to talk to. Never going back. Happys car wash will literally vacuum and wash your mats for you… no car wash purchase necessary.

My car was filthy after being shipped cross-country and it got cleaned right up here! Just a few spots were missed, but that's to be expected at a drive-thru wash. The staff who greeted me was very kind and informative. Will be going back!

Had to go through the car wash twice due to the fact of so many missed spots on our car and it still didn’t get the car clean. I would have tried going through a third time but I didn’t have the time. It missed the top of the drivers side fender and the entire back of the car.

Even though the wash was closed due to a hydraulic issue, they left out the detail rags and left the vacuums on. I was able to make my car presentable due to their continued assistance thru their speed bump. I have had a membership for years and this is another reason why.

Very nice and clean area. Friendly and super helpful staff. Great prices and great cleaning. Plus who doesn't love free vaccumes and the use of all the clean towels you can ask for along with window cleaner spray bottles. I go to all 3 locations and each one is great .

First off, the people who work there are great and always very friendly. But since it changed from wash ‘n go to, Go, the quality of the wash has gone way down. I just took my car through and no soap was dispensed so it was dry until the rinse section. I came through again to tell them and gave the wash redone and again no soap. This is frustrating because this is about the 5th time it’s happened in the last three months. If it continues I’ll have to stop my membership.

I’ve had an unlimited membership here for years. This location and availability of the other locations is very convenient since I drive for work. The operating hours are also great! Each time I’ve come here all the staff members are super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Shout out to Sam who helped me rearrange my memberships! For being a drive thru wash, I’d say it’s worth the money, especially the unlimited membership. It won’t be as detailed as hand washing, but it will keep the car in good condition in all seasons! The vacuums are EXCELLENT, and having free window cleaner and rags to use after the wash are wonderful.

Haven't been here for a while because the quality has been declining over the last couple years, and after today we will never be going back. I will always make the drive to Quench and Drench. Paid $14 for a wash and I had to wipe down and hand clean basically the entire truck because not one side of it was clean after the wash. The staff also acted inconvenienced just by having to get off their phone to ring me up and take off my antenna. I would give zero stars if I could.
