I had an excellent experience today at my first eye exam appointment. All the staff were attentive, pleasant and punctual. Brian Hosking is professional and personable, so I felt very comfortable asking him advice on treating my occasional blocked tear ducts! Definitely will recommend Walmart vision on Crater lake hwy to my friends and family, especially with their excellent eye exam rates!

I had a lovely experience at this eye center. Everyone was kind and helpful and the appointment went by so quickly! I'll definitely be coming here for all my future appointments.

Had a very pleasant time at the vision center today with the manager Randy and Crystal, they were very helpful and very professional. The eye exam with Dr. Hosking was wonderful as well, overall very good experience. My to go place from now on. Thank you guys!

Dr Hosking and his staff were so kind! I was a bit hesitant to get my eyes checked at Walmart but so glad I did. They were professional, helpful, and answered all of my questions. Great service!

Dr. Howling was great! He took his time answering our questions and was very nice. He helped us figure out what was actually going on rather than just going through the motions. Highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible customer service, made my girlfriend feel like a problem when they messed up her glasses , refused to even have the doctor look at them to see what was wrong , incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Melissa at the Walmart Vision Center in Medford is the best. I live an hour and twenty minutes away. Melissa had my glasses mailed to me after they were made. I tried bi-focals and didn't like them. Melissa talked to the optometrist and got me a single vision prescription without me going back (almost three hours round trip.) She had the new glasses mailed to me too. She was very nice and very helpful every step of the way. Customer service like this doesn't exist any more. The Walmart Vision Center and Melissa deserve five stars. Thanks.

Had a great easy experience here! Very helpful and friendly. Got two pairs of Perscription sunglasses for under $100! Will be back! Adela and Randy are very nice and helped with a smile!

This Walmart has been relocated to S Pacific Highway. I went in for an eye exam on February 3rd and ordered a pair of contacts at the end of the visit. They tell me it will be 5-7 days before they are in. 9 days or so later, still nothing, so I call and ask for a tracking number. They say they can't give me one but will phone me when it arrives. A few more days pass and I call again. Apparently they didn't even order my contacts until the 11th, which only went through at all because I called to follow up. So basically if I hadn't called repeatedly to find out where my stuff is the order would not have even gone through because they "forgot" Nice equipment, nice workers, but pretty lame how they forgot something like that and wasted my time.
