At last, shelves are well-stocked and staff is helpful -- what a difference it makes to have a good pharmacy back! We had given up on this location but are delighted to patronize it gain.

Kady walgreen main st worker was racist, she made a racist comment said “ You should go back to your country if i can’t pay in cash, only because i wanted to pay card. said i count pay with card, and i always go there and never a problem with paying card.

Been on hold since calling at 930, it is now 1020. No business is that busy to where they cant at the very least pick up the phone and say at least hold on one more moment. And i dont want the call back option as i have to sleep at some point being a nightshift worker. WTH.

Always seems very disorganized at the pharmacy. Today I asked for assistance in finding an item and the pharmacist told me he was going to lunch and walked away. Another employee assisted me instead. Unacceptable way to treat a customer. The sad thing is there are no consequences for the extremely rude pharmacist.

The Pharmacy is ridiculous. I've had constant problems with them accepting my insurance. Anytime I refilled online or my the automated system, it would say it went through. Even the Walgreens app told me it was ready to pick up. I always check my app before I go pick it up because the DAY it says it's ready, it would change and say there was a problem with my insurance and to call. But calling just leaves me on hold forever. And going down to the pharmacy, while not too inconvenient, I would get told it couldn't be filled and that they didn't have my insurance info, despite it being in their system for YEARS I had to do this EVERY TIME. I have Good Rx and they refused to honor the coupons that I had from it. I ended up paying over $50 out of pocket for 2 meds that should have cost me less than $10 if they had just acknowledged that I had a coupon. I have switched my prescriptions to Savon as my mom has always had good experience with them. The only nice thing is the drive through, but ONLY use it if you never have issues because it's impossible to work with them and communicate through the crappy speaker.

Didnt have what I needed again. And prices for a simple finger guard is almost $7 there. Ive found the same brand and or style at other retailers for as low as $1.50-$2.00

I like this drive thru. The people are nice. They are helpful with getting drugs approved with my Doctor & insurance. Granted it's hard to get them on the phone & you have to go in if you need to talk to a human but this is our post-Covid world & lack of help in about every industry. People need to lighten up about not being able to get all the things they used to. The world changes. Adjust.

Made an appointment to get a flu vaccine and when we got there, they were sold out. I understand that things sell out, but if you make an appointment, they should have the supplies needed to fulfill that appointment. This was a colossal waste of time and was not handled well by the staff. We will not be returning.

Although the people in the pharmacy are very competent, pleasant,and helpful, I cannot believe that they are so understaffed. No coverage for the lunch hour when people need to pick up prescriptions. Not the staff's fault, it's the company's fault. Also no weekend hours. God forbid you should need antibiotics on a Friday after 5. I'll be better off going across the street to West Main Pharmacy, who seem to possess a clearer understanding of their customer's well being.

Walgreens used to be exceptional but not any more! It doesn’t matter if you need to talk to the pharmacist, pick up a prescription, or drop one off, THE WAIT IS RIDICULOUSLY LONG! I waited on the phone for over 2-1/2 hours and listened to the message say “they will be with me shortly” till I thought I’d scream! They never did answer the phone, they just went home. They’ve shortened their hours and are closed on weekends. So everyone is compressed into half they time they used to be open. On top of that they don’t have the medicine you need when you finally talk to someone! We’re moving elsewhere immediately!

Pharmacy hours are only 9am to 5pm with a lunch break at 1pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Not great availability for those who might also work those same hours. I waited 4 hours for a prescription to be filled and never did receive a text message to say it was ready as promised. Thought I better get in line again before they closed at 5. Low and behold it was ready. Wonder how long it had been ready and I was waiting needlessly.

Not sure why this pharmacy gets poor reviews. I went their yesterday after calling to pick up a financial Record of my prescription costs. They were very frowns helpful. In fact any time I have called or costed in store they have always been friendly and helpful.

I have like 15 voicemails to pick up a prescription. I haven't picked it up because you "temporarily" changed your hours and close before I get off work. If you don't go back to being open til 7, I'll have to switch to West Main Pharmacy I guess.

Graduation Announcement WARNING! The edges are perforated, not cut. You will spend a bunch of money for low quality pages that you have to pull apart yourselves to fit into the envelopes. This is not on the website or mentioned while ordering. Manager was rude and refused a refund.
