By the way, don't order your photos online at this location, they are closing and not taking photo orders, they have nothing on their website that says this. I placed a 160 picture order, put in my debit card number and hit submit, I got 3 seperate emails with confirmation that they received my order, what time the order would be ready, and that my order was being worked on. My mom went down to pick up the photos as she was out running some errands and they said they didnt have them because the photo center was no longer taking orders. Never got any sort of notice that this was the case, I ordered them yesterday at 11am and they said it would be ready today after 11am, so a full 24 hours and no communication regarding my order. Total waste of time and complete lack of customer service.

Always get created with welcome the pharmacist from a while back was not a friendly person I hope she never works again as a pharmacist.

This business is slow To care for customers . They had the wrong prescriber on one of my prescriptions .They do not have delivery service as advertised.

My husband had surgery in Medford and we live in Brookings so we were staying at a motel. Long story short my husband had to be present in order to have his prescriptions filled because I misplaced my ID prior to leaving. Anyhow my husband was still pretty out of it and nauseous from just having surgery. First we went to FM pharmacy and there were no chairs for my husband and only 2 ppl ahead of us it took forever and the cashier was so rude to the ppl and in front of us. We left and went to Walgreens and it was a completely different experience. There were chairs, the customer service clerk was on top of it and kind and even though they were busy the pharmacist took time to help a customer find a medication on the shelf. Everyone there was so busy yet so kind!

Apparently, this pharmacy has too many customers and is shorthanded.I waited on hold for almost an hour to speak to the pharmacy to get them info they needed to fill my order and they hung up as I started to speak. I called back again, was put at the end of the line naturally and hung up. Very frustrating. Then I wrote to them through their website hoping to get the message to them that way and it dumped me out there too. Bi-Mart never had me wait more than 10 minutes. I miss them!!

Had a RX for med which must be filled that day and could not be filled any earlier. A vital med which could not delay. The pharmacist claimed they were busy and could not fill it until the next day. Explained it must be filled and could not come in earlier. Not filling today would cause med emergency. They suggested another Walgreens might fill the easy available prescription meds. Asked them to call other Walgreens to be sure they could fill. They refused. No other emergencies, only too busy. Could not believe what was happening. Did not try to help. Lunch was at 1:30. Closed pharmacy to eat. Went to other Walgreens and they immediately filled. Other pharmacies always work with you to help even if they only give you 2 or 3 pills to tide you over until whole Rx can be filled. This pharmacy is a disgrace to the profession and to their customers.

We needed a very unusual prescription at the last minute. The pharmacist himself put us on hold, went and found the prescription, came back and told us he had one left, we went right to pick it up. Nice and easy, thank you very much.

This place is a complete dumpster fire. Disinterested staff (what little there is), rude pharmacist (Michael?) and total disconnect between online/phone information and actual store pharmacy. My doc called in an emergency prescription. I checked in via phone and was told it would be ready at 3. 3:15 in store, I was told it wasn't listed as emergency, so I had to pay cash. Fine, I needed it, frustrated, but whatever. "Have a seat, it'll be ready in about 30 minutes". This after 45 minutes. You're better off buying your prescriptions on the Bear Creek Greenway. Peace, out.

This place has me waiting in line for half an hour every time I come in to the pharmacy, Even if there are only 1-2 people in line ahead of me. Get it together
